Комнатки не большие,но уютные. Вид из окон оставляет желать лучшего. Отель не большой,но мне понравился. Правда в ресторане еда не очень. Персонал очень дружелюбный и я думаю это не мало важно. Хороший отель для своего класса.Хороший номер. Отличный интернет. Приветливое обслуживание. Хорошая кухня в том числе и европейская. Красивый вид на город. Все достопримечательности рядом с отелем . Average property

At arrival we were given a very ill placed and POORLY designed room ..318 with poor sanitation and cleanliness in room and bathroom . when the matter was brought to the notice of reception desk , they upgraded and changed the room . The hotel does not offer parking facility as have open parking on main road. The new allocated room was suite -223. very spacious , well lit , beautiful room . Thanks Mr Tapesh and Saurabh Looks like Old property having a good location but need deep cleaning in all its bathrooms post covid . The staff was courteous , and caring . Disappointed

For a family trip we booked 2 rooms at this hotel. The terms mentioned that Breakfast and Lunch or dinner, one of the two were included in the plan. We had a la carte Lunch on 13th November. Buffet for lunch was not there at all. While checking out I was asked to pay for this lunch. The hotel's argument being that only Buffet can be free in the plan. As this was not mentioned in the booking document and as the Buffet was not there, I refused to pay. The rooms were tiny but adequate. Housekeeping was not up to the mark. Lobby toilets were dirty. Gwalior Clarks Inn cordial staff

Average Property….

Stayed at the property for 3 nights. Overall experience was average, nothing great! Rooms are very small in size with split ac which seems to be of the bygone era. Its very noisy and water keeps on dripping all the time. Breakfast spread is decent but its almost same everyday. The deserts are not fresh though! I found aluminium wire and cleaning scrub piece in 2 of the breakfast items, on showing the same to the chef he offered to make me a fresh plate but never turned up with any. Staff is not attentive at all and very casual in nature. Some were very rude too! Parking is also not covered and practically on the road outside the hotel. I paid almost 5k per night and it was definitely not worth the price! They are not equipped to handle rush also as one of the days our room was not cleaned till eve and the excuse given was that v had group check ins! Stayed at the property for 3 nights. luxurious property in Gwalior
