Thanksgiving stay-

Our family has been coming every other year as it is our family tradition. We had a problem with our room when we arrived but Ashley helped us in changing rooms. The only thing missing from the Festival of Lights was the Ice Sculptures. My kids really enjoy going in and seeing them. Ashley also helped us print out some items we needed at the front desk. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The ropes course closed at 4pm and when we were here before my kids were able to go at night so that was a bummer. Everything else was great and we look forward coming again in 2023 at Thanksgiving. Our family has been coming every other year as it is our family tradition. Thanksgiving Buffet

Food was very good but it took almost 45 minutes for a server to come to our table. By that time we just waited on ourselves. Expensive meal to be drinking out of paper cups. Great hotel and amenities

We loved our past 2 stays!! Delores at the front desk made sure we knew where everything was as soon as we checked in. Dana was always available and friendly with all of our questions. Kim at the hotel bar was exceptional with her drinks and conversation ❤️ The staff at Cafe in the Park made sure our kids were happy with their meals and that we were taken care of. The staff in Starbucks are always SO upbeat and friendly! We love having access to all of the amenities and being able to walk to the pyramids. Be sure to get the pyramid view during the holidays to see all of the Christmas lights and see the sunset We loved our past 2 stays!! Everything was wonderful my wife and I enjoyed it..

The staff was GREAT!!! We were over joyed they covered everything.... The rooms old school look to it... First of all they gave me an early check in because I was doing this for wife and she enjoyed allll of it!!! The front desk lady Dolores was just wonderful and everyone I spoke with on the phone was great.... I just want to say THANK YOU The staff was GREAT!!! We were over joyed they covered everything.... Nice place to stay and good convention center.

I stayed in room 731 November 7-10, 2021. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Good TV and fast elevators. I was at a meeting at the attached convention center and those facilities are very good too. It's a very short drive to the restaurants and beach, probably not walkable. One morning I took a walk around and saw a coyote so be cautious. I saw dolphins swimming in the bay by the pyramids.
