Excellent!

Прекрасные воспоминания остались после отдыха в этом прекрасном месте! Сервис, обслуживание и сам отель на высшем уровне! два ресторана на территории отеля порадовал разнообразием блюд и тематическими вечерами! Советую, выбирать проживание со Spa, каждый день релакса это большой плюс к Отдыху Прекрасные воспоминания остались после отдыха в этом прекрасном месте! Сервис, обслуживание и сам отель на высшем уровне! два ресторана на территории отеля порадовал разнообразием блюд и тематическими вечерами! Всё было отлично! Не понравилось только одно - завтраки. И по меню и буфет мог бы быть лучше. Прекрасные каникулы в Дананге

Мы остановились большой семьей в вилле с тремя спальнями на самом пляже. Сама вилла с большой гостиной (метров 150) и тремя отдельными спальнями, очень большим бассейном, джакузи, сауной, плюс с отдельной постирочной зоной и комнатой для прислуги (вот тут сказывается азиатское отношение к прислуге. В этой комнате нет даже кондиционера). К вилле "прикрепляется" отдельный консьерж, который 24/7 находится на контакте с вами по viber или whatsup и с ним можно решать любые вопросы. От резерва столов, до мелких бытовых вопросов. По отдыхающим около 90% - сами вьетнамцы. Европейцев видел и пару пар за весь отдых, но несмотря на отсутствие европейских управляющих (все управляющие - местные), сервис отменный. Очень чутко относятся к любому пожеланию/капризу/просьбе и стараются выполнять все на 100%. Кроме небольшой территории справа и слева идут стройки, так что пойти особо некуда, но на территории два прекрасных ресторана и каждый день проводятся дни какой-либо кухни. Восторг!!!

Вчера побывала в ресторане в этом удивительном месте! Территория этого места просто впечатляет! Все на сколько красиво что даже не нахожу слов чтобы описать это! Мы били на ужине в ресторане... Еда просто замечательная! Все было очень очень вкусно!!! Английский обслуживающего персонала очень хороший, и не только дело в английском... Персонал очень внимательный к своим посетителям, возле столика постоянно находиться официант, который весь вечер следит за столиком, чтобы все было идеально :) Помимо вкусной еды, самое впечатляющее это вид... Ужин с видом на море...ммм... просто бесподобно... В 9 вечера, на пляже распалили огромный костер, и все желающие могли присесть на удобнейшие шезлонги, и наблюдать за этим завораживающим видом! Заманчивые рекламные вечерние виды

Нравиться отдых во Вьетнаме. Планируя очередное путешествие в эту страну, на Букенге увидел прекрасные вечерние виды этого отеля, он открылся в апреле этого года, сомнений не осталась-надо ехать именно сюда. Место расположение отличное, находиться на середине пути от Дананга к Хой Ану, стоимость проезда на такси от аэропорта Дананга 13$, время в пути 20 мин. При размещение открытие: ресепшн приезда и отъезда территориально в разных места, мелочь, а удобно. Но двухэтажная вилла 150кв.м, с бассейном меня очень не порадовала. Первый раз столкнулся с таким минимализмом, два одинаковых этажа, где зона отдыха, спальня, ванная, туалет это одна комната, спальню и ванную с туалетом можно только разделить выдвижной ширмой. Полный бред. Бассейн тоже огорожен с одной стороны виллой с другой каменной стеной. Впечатления, что находишься в каменном мешке. Завтраки однообразные, ничего впечатлительного. Пляж хороший. Выбор закусок и напитков в кафе на пляже тоже минимальный. Территория отеля тоже минимальная. Вообще этот отель это сплошной минимализм, правда цены на все далеко не Вьетнамские. Naman resort needs to return my money

I made a booking for 3 bedrooms villa on April via Booking.com and paid directly to the resort by bank transfer. I cancelled the booking prior to the check in date as it is free cancelation on Booking .com and got confirmation that my cancelation has been successful. But since 29 April - the date I made the cancelation, Naman did not return my money although I have sent many emails and got the response that they will refund to me soon. How soon? It’s been almost 2 months. Unbelievable! I made a booking for 3 bedrooms villa on April via Booking.com and paid directly to the resort by bank transfer. Very unorganized!

Came for an expection of relaxing stay but everything went wrong from the begining. The room was very dirty on the floor, private pool with lots of dead leaves, dust everywhere even on the remote control,telephone ... After a phone call with the receptionist, housekeeping were sent to clean it up. A cake and card for service recovery i guess but things were never better. Staffs at pool bar were not friendly, we step in the bar to order but they jst ignored and played with their phone Ordered rib eye (medium) and salmon for dinner but the rib eye went well done and smell strongly of salmon( they use oil after frying salmon to fry rib eye...) Wonderful Staying

No complaints about our stay. Everything was perfect. We had a great moments at this resort. The village was comfortable and tidy, good funiture, beautiful Decoration! Unforgettable Holiday

My family with 3 kids stayed at Naman Retreat for one night. We were picked up from the airport. We checked in at Naman's 3-bedroom Premium Villa. When we arrived at Naman, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were brought to our villa and the experience of a lifetime began. We found ourselves standing in front of the villa with its big door. When we opened the door, we were welcomed by a relaxing water garden and free grass. On our left was the big room where you can find the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa set. We liked the TV and the sound system that goes with it. It was perfect for my family who loves music. On the other side from the living room is the big kitchen with a huge fridge and all the cooking utensils. Passing through the glass door, you can locate the private pool. It's perfect since it has steps where my little kids can play when they don't want to swim in the deep end. We had a wonderful afternoon doing barbecue and swimming. On the other side of the area, you can find the two storey villa with 3 bedrooms and each room has its own bathtub. The 2 master bedroom on floor 2 gave us the best sleep ever with its comfortable bed and room layout. We really loved the sauna room. This villa has a rooftop with two huge sofas where we were able to see a beautiful view from our spot. The breakfast buffet was great and the Spa was very relaxing. We also enjoyed the beach in Naman and their big pool. Lots of activities and facilities to choose from. Took a lot of pictures, the place was stunning with great artistic designs. We went to Naman for a 1 night 2 day trip during the labour day weekend. When we arrived, they gave us a pretty hard sell and persuaded us to upgrade to a pool villa for an extra $100. So overall we paid around $280. A bit less than the normal price which they said was 300. The resort was nice, although I didn’t find the surroundings as beautiful as other similar priced resorts I’ve stayed at on the same street. The staff in the restaurant (there was only one open) were excellent. Very attentive service. The gym (not the main one, that was closed) was decent enough. The biggest issue was that despite paying almost full price, various things weren’t available. The food menu at the pool was quite limited and was the same for lunch and dinner - but definitely more like a dinner menu. No sandwiches etc. Considering the price of the stay, breakfast was very poor value. I’ve had more extensive breakfast buffets in places in Hoi An that charge around $40 a night. I’m not sure if this was impacted by the coronavirus situation but to not offer staples like bacon, pancakes/waffles etc... there also were no juices on display other than orange. Location is nice with a private beach, but if you want to go out the problem is it’s basically right in between Hoi An and Danang. Good if you want to explore both, but kind of annoyingly far. We live in Hanoi and go to Danang quite often. We’ll probably go again for my birthday at the end of next month and unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be considering Naman as it just wasn’t worth the price we paid.
