Good Hotel on the Beach

Good Morning ! We had a bad experience walking nearby the beach : my wife was robbed...So I recomend to warning the guests to avoid walk on the beach, specially to west from the Hotel... Because the hotel was crowded the room stayed without cleaning until 12:30 pm on Saturday... The meal of Buffet need to be improved Good Morning ! I did this family trip, it was very good, I loved it. everybody loved it. the hotel facilities were marvelous, the sea view rooms were wonderful, well cleaned and organized. the room service was very good also. Overall I only get compliments. Summarize my visit

It's such a nice and paradisiacal place .My trip was great , it was actually my first time in Brazil and I'll never forget it.Nothing but an Excellent hotel with a nice and friendly service of Sabrina Barreto !! Decent hotel, but great beach location

Booked via Hotels.com for 70$ a night for 6 nights. Got a suite with bedroom, living room, fridge, hamac on balcony. The bathroom was big but a bit dirty. The room was spartiate to say the least. No place to put clothing, only a few hangars, bare bones. Wifi was good, and there is a safe which can be rented for 1R per day. The breakfast was included, big buffet but a tad repetitious, lots of pastries, tapioca pancakes, scrambled eggs, good but got boring. Other meals like lunch were repetitious, decent food but lacking variety. The beach was beautiful, somewhat secluded, but the riptide was strong. The pools were very nice, one infinity pool and one regular, very big. There was supposed to be a gym but could not find it. They have a volleyball court. Plenty of parking. Not worth the stay

First, we were put in the outcorner of the hotel while there were rooms available closer to the reception. We were put in a different room after request, but this room had ants all over the wall and in the room itself. We asked for another room and got a different room with a small 1 person balcony and again had ants in the bathroom inclusing in our towels. In addition, the wifi is too slow to proper use the internet. To conclude, the hotel is outdated.
