Much better than staying in Orlando, Kissimmee was just as convenient for the conference I was attending. It was only 15 minutes away from the conference center in orlando.My only complaint would be that the mattresses were hard and it was difficult getting a good night's sleep. Don’t be fooled this gem has the best of both worlds. Located near all the action and looking like a strip hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to sea a beautiful tranquil lake. A fantastic clean comfortable full kitchen and an inviting Mediterranean styled pool area. Paddle boats canoe ready for use on a dock you can fish off of. Stay far away from this resort

Unit was dirty - carpet stained. Appliances falling apart and ice maker did not work. Living, dining and kitchen area a little too small for 6 people to be comfortable. They put us at the very end overlooking tennis courts and weeds. When we asked to move to another unit they told us there was no availability even though there were no more then 13 cars in the whole complex Unit was dirty - carpet stained. Excellent location

Grand Lake Resort appears to be a modified hotel from the road but once inside you are pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The balconies are a plus and a beautiful view of the lake. Staff is pleasant and willing to provide suggestions for entertainment. Great Value and Close to WDW

Considering the resort is just 15 minutes to any WDW parking lot, this resort is an excellent value. Super clean and sanitary with all Covid protections in place. Stayed here in the Fall and Winter and have never been disappointed. Considering the resort is just 15 minutes to any WDW parking lot, this resort is an excellent value.
