One of the best in Prescott

I have stayed at many of the hotels in Prescott and the Residence Inn is the nicest of all. Big comfy and clean rooms with a fireplace. Very caring, friendly staff. When I told Jane, a manager, on Thanksgiving Day that I missed having pumpkin pie, she immediately got a plate and served me up some pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake, along with two slices for my husband. I had the oatmeal and coffee for breakfast the next morning, and both were very good. A+ on the coffee. One last thing. I asked for an extra blanket and like two seconds later, there was a knock on our door with a blanket delivery. Not Up to Our Expectations

Unfortunately our stay at this property was not up to the usual level of service that we have experienced at other Marriott properties. We were given a room facing the highway even though I am a very high level Marriott Elite and should have been upgraded. The room windows and curtains do not block the highway noise which meant constant truck and car noise late at night and early morning. The room was satisfactory but had several stains in the carpet and had residue from prior guests on stove top and counters. The breakfast was mediocre and sparse and all the regular coffee urns were empty at 9:00AM requiring several guests to request they be filled — something the attendant did begrudgingly. The kitchen access door in the breakfast area was kept open and was not a welcome sight. The staff seemed somewhat distracted and when my wife slipped and fell backwards to the floor in the vestibule while we waited for our ride — no one offered any assistance or asked if she was OK. Great for kids and had wonderful customer service

The suites were really nice and felt like a home. I was there with 3 kids; two were 11 and one was 9. We stayed for 5 nights. The kids loved the suite too. Having two TV's made it easy for everyone to watch what they wanted. The kids really loved the pool, which was 98 degrees. They had to go swimming every day! We had two wonderful housekeepers, Patricia and Veronica. Sometimes the kids made messes, but the housekeepers said not to worry and that they would clean it up. We all loved the breakfast buffet, which had plenty to offer. The kids loved to make their own waffles, and they had three kinds of juices. They even had a non-dairy milk, which was a help because the kids are vegan. They also had a large outside area between before the pool, with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a fire pit that was going every night. An Enjoyable Birthday Weekend!

We stayed on a Thursday and Friday night. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and had friends joining us as a surprise. Both Hailly and Miranda at the front desk helped me hide the birthday decorations and the cake. They were very kind and helpful. They even gave us some milk from the kitchen to have with our chocolate cake. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was polite and super nice. Overall, a great weekend and we will definitely stay again when visiting Prescott! We stayed on a Thursday and Friday night. Extended stay that felt like home

We visited family in Prescott and chose the Residence Inn to stay at while we were in town. We were there for almost two weeks and every single day we were greeted by friendly staff and thanked for choosing to stay there. Our room was large, immaculate, and perfect for our family to cook in. The housekeeping staff were so nice everytime I had to ask for more towels. (I have small children and for some reason they go through so many) We visited family in Prescott and chose the Residence Inn to stay at while we were in town. We were there for almost two weeks and every single day we were greeted by friendly staff and thanked for choosing to stay there.
