Perfect location

Club Wyndham has Great accommodations with an excellent location. There is Shuttle service to downtown and other venues for a very reasonable cost. Gorgeous clean resort in Music Valley

Beautiful grounds, gorgeous unit well-stocked. High pressure sales here (timeshare) but we are owners and know to say no firmly as many times as it takes then go enjoy our vacation. Ground floor unit is nice to walk out to the vehicle. Pool behind us is closed but the one near the check-in is open, as well as the indoor pool. Nice jetted tub in room with separate shower stall. Bldg 13 under construction to replace stairs and decks. Hammering stopped about 5pm. Lots to do in the area with the Opry, Gaylord, big mall, etc. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous unit well-stocked. Incredible service by the staff!

We had to call maintenance to fix the shower door. They were there in minutes! Fixed it in a brief time and they left. Every time we needed something they got it to us quickly. They also called us back to make sure we had received what we had requested and asked if there was anything else they could do for us. They were absolutely amazing!!!! We had tried to get a 2 bedroom unit, but none were available. The room was big and the hidabed was very comfortable. We were pretty much across the street from the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and the Grand Ole Opry. Had a great trip! We had to call maintenance to fix the shower door. They were there in minutes! Great Place

I would highly recommend this place was here 11/4 thru 11/12 . Within walking distance to the Grand Old Opry and the staff is very friendly. Brandon the events coordinator was outstanding! They down grade when you do an exchange with RCI

First the staff was great and that is why I am giving the 1 star. If they had not been so kind and helpful I would have left. I had a one bedroom. but it was the 1 bedroom that is the over flow if you have 3 bedrooms and its adjoining to the 2 bedroom. I was suppose to have a full kitchen I did not, it was so out dated, the tv could not even change the channel on it. the baseboards had wood chips coming out of them I am 5'3" and I was taller than the shower while I took a shower. it smelled the dryer did not dry the clothes I had to lay they out on the chairs to dry. not the best place. I was told that they down grade your room if you exchange with RCI, which does not make sense because Wyndham bought RCI. I am an owner just not there. we should not have had such a terrible room.
