Неплохой отель до короткого отдыха

Возвращаясь с Понпеи, нам необходимо было забронировать недорогой отель недалёко от аэропорта. Отель соответствовал ожиданиям. Комната неплохая, есть все необходимое. Не могу сказать ничего о ресторане и СПА, не успели воспользоваться. Локация также удобная, аэропорт рядом и шоппинг недалёко. Но для более продолжительного отдыха лучше выбрать другой отель. Возвращаясь с Понпеи, нам необходимо было забронировать недорогой отель недалёко от аэропорта. Отель соответствовал ожиданиям. Комната неплохая, есть все необходимое. Дорога опасная, только такси

Шатл по расписанию всегда ходит тогда, когда не надо, а такси дорогое. Цена-качество соответствует. Персонал приветливый. Бассейн есть и спа, но номера оставляют желать лучшего, и чистота в номерах тоже. Отель устал, лифт доживает последние дни, особенно кнопка на 3 этаж - она западает Шатл по расписанию всегда ходит тогда, когда не надо, а такси дорогое. Цена-качество соответствует. The service was excellent and most accommodating. The front service counter gal (Solei) was most polite and professional. She answered questions about the Hotel, about the people, and about places to see and visit. We will stay again in the future should the opportunity arise. 15 of us arrived in the morning, and Jen found rooms for all of us. She then arranged a double shuttle to take us all the seaside mall for lunch and shopping, with two vans to pick us up when we were done. And all done with a smile and a sense of humour! Excellent service. The rooms seemed a little cleaner than two weeks ago, but the vacuuming is still spotty. 15 of us arrived in the morning, and Jen found rooms for all of us. Front desk Victoria

I was there for work, although not right on Ypao beach it was easy to get everywhere via the free shuttle. The front desk clerk, Victoria was VERY, VERY helpful and accommodating with a lovely smile. Whether it was recommendations for eateries or simple directions, she multitasked and offered great assistance. I stayed here for 29 days, the prices are fair, clean rooms, it is located close to the main tourist area and easily accessible from every direction. Since day one the staff was always extremely professional, helpful and friendly, especially the evening front desk personnel (Tori & Rose). The main downfall is the restaurant is closed but there are plenty of restaurant options so you won't go hungry. If I come back to Guam I will definitely stay here again. Don't Be fooled

Don't be fooled by the outside frontage or the check-in desk. Rooms are nasty. The floors are sticky, the shower is dirty, the whole place is bad.
