Great accommodations

Great condo. Our flight was delayed so we didn't get to our condo until after midnight but it was super easy with express check in. Picked up our key from their lockbox at the office and our condo was about 10 mins away. It was in a really new building, was nice to park in a secure parking garage and not have to worry about our rental car. Very convenient location and close to the golf courses we visited during our trip! Great condo. Amazing Golf Trip!

Brad Meade and the CondoResorts team really Rock! This is the second golf outing booked with them and so glad we did, they did not disappoint! Brad took care of all details and answered every question promptly, including multiple changes and requests, great job! Everything from the initial quote, changes/updates, options, payments, check in/out process and instructions/links were pretty awesome. Everyone in the group was impressed with the accommodations (spacious with pool, gym and grill access) and the beautiful golf courses; we had a blast! The trip to Verrado was well worth the drive, spectacular! Every single course was pristine and they were expecting and ready for us: perfection! We knew all courses were cart on paths only as Brad made it clear and his course selection was just great! We will not hesitate to reach out to these professionals to arrange our next golf trip to Scottsdale! Brad Meade and the CondoResorts team really Rock! Pictures Misrepresent the Experience

The pictures of this establishment are not of one location. There are multiple locations that are under Meridian's control; you are not guaranteed to get what is in the pictures. The location that we received was not in any of the photos that are online. There was an extremely small and dingy pool in a condominium complex with zero security. None of the gates had locks and you should expect to be woken up every night by rowdy people. We contacted the main office and changed locations, which they were more than willing to do. The next location, while beautiful and in a great area, had no pool that was working and construction everywhere within the complex. The tipping point was when checkout was at 10 am and the cleaning staff knocked at 9:20 am. The cleaning staff proceeded to wait outside our door until we left at 9:55 am. We have never felt more rushed to leave before. Overall, we would not recommend staying with Meridian Condo Resorts. The location was good, but I would 100% verify what property you are getting and what amenities at the complexes are functioning. The pictures of this establishment are not of one location. Golf Trip to the Valley of the sun

What an amazing trip! Great company, amazing weather and world class golf. CondoMeridian Resorts was first class all the way. Steve Watson did an incredible job helping us set up the trip! Once again Nic Carmen and Meridian Condo Resorts provided the best possible options for a fantastic week long golf getaway with family and friends.
