Счастливые выходные

Виллы расположены в прекрасном, красивейшем месте, при условии, что Вы на машине. Останавливаясь в подобного рода виллах, уже в который раз убеждаемся, что на территории гольф-клубов всегда хорошие условия проживания и очень тихо. В вилле, которую мы забронировали, было абсолютно все необходимое для отличных выходных. Все фото и описание вилл на сайте соответствуют действительности. Территория гольф-клуба очень большая, потому когда бронируете виллу указывайте в какой части клуба Вам бы хотелось остановиться. Кухня оборудована абсолютно всей необходимой техникой и посудой. Просто супер!

Мы уже отдыхаем в четвёртом комплексе апартаментов цепочки Diamondresorts, но этот лучший! Огромная территория с отдельными двухэтажными таунхаусами и зелёной территорией во дворе. Внутри всё обустроено как дома: стиралка, посудомойка, утюг, блендер и т.п. Всё новое. Безупречный сервис. Бесплатная парковка возле дома. Из особенностей: ближайший пляж 2 км, магазин с хорошим выбором вин и продуктов 5 км, без автомобиля делать нечего. Выше похвал.

Отдыхали с семьей в 2014г. Большая вилла, огромные комнаты, кухня оборудована полностью. Шезлонги...и совершенная тишина. Так расположены дома, что соседей не видно, у каждого свой газон, который по утрам поливает автоматики. Территория зеленая, много гольф полей, пруды, в которых много черепашки. Отдыхали с семьей в 2014г. Большая вилла, огромные комнаты, кухня оборудована полностью. Шезлонги...и совершенная тишина. Так расположены дома, что соседей не видно, у каждого свой газон, который по утрам поливает автоматики. Территория зеленая, много гольф полей, пруды, в которых много черепашки.

Отличные апартаменты

В них есть все что нужно. Прекрасная ухоженная территория. Приятный бассейн. Правда,до пляжа 2-3 км. Есть бесплатный трансфер,также можно добраться на машине,но парковка платная.Пешком мало кто ходил. Есть русскоязычная девушка на ресепшен. В них есть все что нужно. Прекрасная ухоженная территория. Вполне достойно

Нам повезло, разместили на вилле Т2, где недавно был сделан ремонт. Но, на сколько я понял, ремонт пока что не сделан на многих виллах. В домике все есть для комфортного проживания. На 1-м этаже большая гостиная и полноценная кухня, плюс стиральная машина. На 2 этаже- 2 уютные спальни. В гостиной и спальнях есть новые телевизоры.Туалетные принадлежности хорошие. Неплохая площадка перед виллой с новой мебелью. По вечерам "приходят в гости" местные кошки, радуя нас своим посещением. Персонал в отеле приветливый и доброжелательный. СПА комплекс очень понравился. Сауну надо заказывать заранее (время на разогрев около получаса). Понравились бассейны- глубокие с хорошей водой, в закрытом бассейне вода очень теплая плюс отличная джаккузи. Интернет работает на виллах отлично, так как в каждой вилле есть свой роутер. Living off of past glories

We have visited Vilar Do Golf many many times and have previously had great times there. The villa's are still fantastic but that's where it ends, lack of cleaning, poorly staffed pool bar, very expensive food and drinks, no functions done by Diamond, the list goes on, i fear it will never recapture its old vibe. Over the recent years the franchise holder has gradually chipped away at the service that's expected at Diamond resorts and now i just cannot see us returning and that's sad because we loved going there, come on Vilar do Golf, get your act together. Hospitality and food service

I feel compelled to leave this review despite never usually leaving reviews. I have been coming to villa do golf once/twice a year for the past 24 years and it has slowly declined unfortunately. Service with long serving staff here has been impeccable over the years however I believe the catering is taken over by new management? To list a few issues. There Is 1 bar man at the pool struggling to serve everyone whilst being incompetent with the till and charging different prices everytime. There was no chicken all week, no sauces for food and I also had two separate undercooked meals. I can appreciate covid having a big impact however people spend the premium price for the premium service. Lastly, the food at the new on site italian restaurant is satisfactory although yet again, the staff are not as hospitable as they should be. Very Safe, Very Clean, and Very Quiet

Stayed for 2 weeks ahead of the Portuguese GP. The site is spacious and green and the 2 bed town house apartment was great, and well equipped. Free wifi was good enough to work / VC / meetings without issue. Fridge/Freezer replaced within 30 mins of arrival as the freezer was frosted over. No problem. Less cleaning of the apartment than usual due to COVID - so extra precautions being taken for both staff and guests. Outdoor pool has 3 daily sessions, but it was so quiet there was no problem just turning up. Indoor pool is now open - believe it may be a single family unit per booking - approx 1 hour, and clean between. Staff appear very particular about COVID rules in place - much better that a hotel where you can meet people in lifts and corridors. Stayed for 2 weeks ahead of the Portuguese GP. Modern but not practical

We had a townhouse, 2 bedroom. The check in was ok. waiting time due Corona. The instruction good, mentioned „pool slot“ 3 possible. The townhouse has a band at the front door, Corona cleaned. The size was ok. but so many trees to the sun side, no sun. From the birds on the trees a lot of dirt, by at least the half patio. We could not use it. The next problem, bathrooms / lavatories only upstairs. You have to walk for it upstairs. We did a reservation for the 2nd slot using outdoor pool (12.45PM to 4.45 PM). We were a bit late 1.30PM. A sign was by the cabin of the entrance „Lunch 1.30-2.30PM. So we did not get pool towels, or a desinfection of the sunbeds. Sorry for me more marketing than doing. We had a townhouse, 2 bedroom. Lack of Management and Supervision

6 pax ck-in to one single Villa. Upon arrival at the villa we verified missing items, only 5 glasses of each kind (Attn Management: replace what is missing before arrival of your guests) we proceeded to inspect the yard and found a pointy and sharp piece of broken glass on the concrete floor by the garden table. I must mention that on our villa entry door was a huge sticker with the words CLEAN & SAFE or is this only covid 19 related ??? The hassels continue....our one toilet flush broke late afternoon and surprisingly there is no 24H housekeeping or maintenance and the following day lunch time we had to call again. On our 4th day our towels were exchanged and only 4 of each kind were delivered (we ck-in 6 and continued to be 6pax at the villa). Now the biggest nightmare is the pool. Its usage is divided into 3 diferent shifts and if you dont pre-book in advance forget your swim, even with more than 25 sunbeds available we were refused entry because these had been used and were not sanitized. The sanitization is only done at specific hours, apparently the product used is harmful and can only be used without guests around BUT the employees DO NOT use any protective suits and some were sanitizing the sunbeds even without face masks. This method (covid 19 related) could and should be improved and implemented differently. Please Management THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX and be proactive ! 6 pax ck-in to one single Villa.
