cleanliness was terrible

carpet needed cleaning... rooms smelled; around the tub and toilet could have been cleaned better, curtains to the patio in two of the rooms torn; someone smoking marijuana in the room next to us for two days heavy, was reported not monitored . New Jersey Boardwalk at the Wyndham Skyline Tower

The stay was great, the check in and out went flawless and the 90 minute information and upgrade opportunity went as promised and the staff followed through with their promises. The local casinos and boardwalk with the Atlantic Ocean breeze was an awesome experience. Presidential suite not so presidential

Disappointed with our 2nd visit

We had a fun time @ our first visit there in 2008 for our timeshare exchange so we wanted to go back again. Boy, were we so disappointed with the Timeshare sales representative @ that time. We told them beforehand that we have a special needs child who is wheelchair-bound so if they can give us a leeway to get to their sales meetings, that would have been great. I even called them 45 minutes before the meeting time to let them know that we have been waiting for the elevator but it was either so slow or already full by the time it got to our floor. I told my husband to go ahead of me and our son so he could get there in time for the meeting. After a total of 45 minutes of waiting to get in on the elevator, we finally arrived @ the meeting place, only to find out that they can't go ahead with the meeting because my son and I were a few minutes late. They wanted all 3 of us there @ the same time. It didn't matter that my husband got there ahead of time. So even though it was their 2 slow elevators that made us arrive late, there's no consideration @ all !!! Very inconsiderate!!! We ended up not going to a meeting because my son went into a seizure from the ordeal of waiting long for the elevator and it was already lunch time and we already made plans for the afternoon. The wait was….

Horrible for the elevators. Three elevators, one down n the working two were barely moving. Stopping at random floors not fast enough and no one was watching the load capacity when riding. Scarey and guests didn’t even care for their safety. When staying in the PH you must have your own elevator that works properly. Unbelievable, ridiculous and unacceptable for a Wyndham property and Especially as an owner. Horrible for the elevators. Three elevators, one down n the working two were barely moving.
