Park Royal Hotel Ixtapa

I’ve been coming to Ixtapa for 40+ years. Have seen it all done it all. However for the last 34 years we have been staying at the Park Royal hotel Ixtapa. We come 2x a year. So that alone speaks volumes. My opinion and review is all true. From the man who sweeps the floors to management of the hotel they are client oriented they can’t do enough. The past eight years have made the difference management is the key here they have turned this hotel around and now it’s going in the right direction. Other hotels should take a lesson from this staff. From the pool to the restaurants to the lobby everyone makes you feel welcome and people keep coming back. Hurricane Rick

Park Royal was very relaxing. The Staff always made sure we had everything. Even thou we were there during Hurricane Rick, Safety was the Staffs number one concern. Once the Hurricane cleared out, immediately the staff was all over getting all facets going. Park Royal was very relaxing. The Staff always made sure we had everything. Great 25th Anniversary trip

Let me start by saying we had a lovely time. The Mexican people are always warm and welcoming. We chose this resort as an RCI timeshare trade because of the lack of stairs. We were given a two room suite with an amazing view. We lost interest in the restaurants after day two but there are many nice places within walking distance or a short taxi drive. Try Bogarts, Fishers, Soleiado, Mathews and Cameron chef. For a safe English speaking Taxi Driver call Juan Pineda 755-1019403.Have him take to Zihuatinajo to La Pearla for lunch. Stress free destination Quinceañera

We had a destination Quinceañera for our daughter at this hotel and the service was fenomenal! Alberto Mondragón was the chief coordinator, the whole process was really smooth, our party and vacation was stress free. I cannot say enough on how great we were treated at the Italian restaurant, we had a great chat with the chef. Everyone at the hotel was so attentive. We had a destination Quinceañera for our daughter at this hotel and the service was fenomenal! Alberto Mondragón was the chief coordinator, the whole process was really smooth, our party and vacation was stress free. Restaurant servers

I had travel to so many places around the world but the service that I received from the waiters and waitresses in this hotel was amazing they bend backwards to help guests Ina very courteous manner and very professional I would mention four of them even though all of them are great but these are the most outstanding miss Guillermina miss Lourdes from breakfast and Manuel and Gilberto from dinner and the bartenders from the lobby and disco were really friendly I had travel to so many places around the world but the service that I received from the waiters and waitresses in this hotel was amazing they bend backwards to help guests Ina very courteous manner and very professional I would mention four of them even though all of them are great but these are the most outstanding miss Guillermina miss Lourdes from breakfast and Manuel and Gilberto from dinner and the bartenders from the lobby and disco were really friendly
