Хороший отель в центре Буэнос Айреса, номера чистые, большие, с кухней, можно готовить самим, есть все необходимое. Завтрак хороший, мне понравился. Достопримечательности все рядом , идти пешком недалеко. Рядом станции метро. Куча разных кафе, магазинов, ресторанов. Очень славный отель.

Отель расположен в центре Буэнос Айреса. До многих достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, либо проехав несколько остановок на общественном транспорте. Кстати, схема метро очень простая и понятная, а проезд на метро - дешевый. Станция метро расположена всего в 3-5 минутах пешком от отеля. Нам понравился номер, он был довольно больших размеров, чистый, плюс в нём была кухня со всем необходимым: микроволновка, чайник, плита, холодильник, набор посуды. Это было очень удобно, т.к. мы жили в этом отеле 5 дней и ужинали в номере. Завтрак подавался в небольшом ресторане на 1 этаже. Не скажу, что был он слишком разнообразным, но нам вполне хватало. Вкусные свежие булочки))). Из недостатков: немного мрачноват был ковролин на полу, какого-то тёмно-серого цвета. И ещё удивил сейф: в дверце сейфа была дырка. Когда мы спросили на ресепшн, не сломан ли у нас в номере сейф, нам выдали какой-то блок, который надо было вставить в дверцу сейфа. Самостоятельно у нас ничего не получилось, пришлось приглашать сотрудника, чтобы он помог нам и объяснил, как пользоваться сейфом. Отель расположен в центре Буэнос Айреса. Отличный отель-кондоминиум в самом центре Буэнос Айреса. Номера большие, просторные, чистые. Цена вполне хорошая за такой номер. Завтраки обычные, ничего особенного. Friendly personal and good location

Very friendly and helpful personal. They helped you any time. Location of the hotel is very comfortable to get everything you needed. According the food is not perfect. Breakfast is good but lunch and dinner supplied from close by restaurant Natacha( quality is medium). Very friendly and helpful personal. They helped you any time. Great stay

The rooms were very clean and nice. There was a good breakfast with lots of options. I stayed there twice. First time was a normal room but the second time I got a room with a nice large with a kitchen, and separate bedroom which was a surprise bonus. Great location. The rooms were very clean and nice. Large studio appt but few facilities

Friendly average hotel. Room very good space wise, good air con, with an average standard of bathroom. Had a kitchenette but no pan or kettle to boil water. No tea or coffee. Small fridge. Excellent breakfast ! Location v good for exploring BAires. Friendly average hotel. Room very good space wise, good air con, with an average standard of bathroom. Reception staff require customer service training

The hotel is genuine 2-3 star and their reception female staff require training in customer service in particular dealing with international guests. On the check out it took me 45min instead of 5min and as a result I missed my taxi and had to pay cancellation fee as my driver couldn't wait 45min. I have waited patiently for 15min at the check out when receptionist was explaining a guest various sights to visit in Buenos Aires. Then it took 30min to pay my bill as they had connection problems and as the result and 5 attempts later my bank blocked my card. I had to use another card which also took few attempts. It wouldn't bother me usually but during all these time receptionist insisted on paying cash, was very sarcastic and not apologetic at all! I have been travelling around Brazil, Chile and Argentina for a month and didn't experience such bad customer service but hey its a 3 star hotel after all.... A great place to stay

Comfortable room with good beds and a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, suggested a couple of places we might like and recommended the best way to get there. It is also in a great location for exploring Buenos Airies. Comfortable room with good beds and a great shower.
