Great priced beachfront property with no crowds

It’s a great small property. Friendly staff. Heated pool, full kitchen, outdoor grills, private beach access. You can’t get this close to the beautiful beach for the price. My wife and I have been going here ever year for the last 15 years. It’s a great small property. Friendly staff. Heated pool, full kitchen, outdoor grills, private beach access. FAMILY VACATION FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS

I've always enjoyed my stay at Nautical Watch. Several close attractions and the weather is perfect down there this time of year. I did have an issue with my room and they were able to address it promptly and even moved me to a different room when they had availability that week. I've always enjoyed my stay at Nautical Watch. Will never be returning. Manager is apathetic and rude.

As soon as we walked in, we saw a large cockroach crawling underneath the kitchen table. Later, we noticed that the TV was not working correctly and would not change sources onto the cable. The next morning, one of the managers aggressively approached us yelling that the room capacity was 2. My dad who doesn’t speak or understand English booked the apartment and I helped him and did not see that it said 2 person capacity. She told us to pack up our bags and leave instantly. We drove here from Illinois and she did not even give us 30 minutes to figure out another accommodation. The lack of empathy and disregard for guests here is repulsive. I felt that I was being talked down upon and completely embarrassed in front of the other guests. Would never EVER stay here again if my life depended on it. Needs work

Not bad for the price but the mattress was the worst piece of junk I have ever seen. Walking barefoot on the tile floors for 30 minutes made my wife’s feet black Everyone that worked there was nice so that helps Outside and the pool we’re all kept in nice shape but the pool was crowded most of the time The beach access was nice and plenty of seating in the beach side The grill area was nice if you want to cook out rather than restaurant Not bad for the price but the mattress was the worst piece of junk I have ever seen. Good location, poor bed

This is a small and very tidy resort led by nice people. Neighbors were cordial and polite. The location is excellent with great view and access to the ocean. Our bed was terrible, uncomfortable and noisy. The pool and hottub were the best. Not all units have a good view of the ocean. Surrounding area is very upscale with miles of beach to walk. Our unit was a studio which was fine for a week, but not big enough for any longer stay. This is a small and very tidy resort led by nice people. Neighbors were cordial and polite.
