5 star resort

We have stayed at this resort several times and it never disappoints. The front desk employees are very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and we like the location for getting around Park City. Our only complaint is the beds could use an upgrade. The mattress is very uncomfortable and did not sleep well. We bought a fluffy bed cover and added a few more sheets and comforter to soften the bed. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Nice property but not well sound-insulated.

This property is nicely designed and comfortable. Rooms have most everything needed except we always use a hot water kettle in cold weather locations but this property had neither stove-stop style nor electric kettle. Also we had a problem the first night with "neighbors" above us stomping around for hours. We had to call the front desk several times to intervene. Front desk apologized to us and told us the "neighbors" had a young child that was doing the stomping. We could also hear talking and TV from a different unit that shared the master bedroom wall with us. We had to use earplugs to drown that out. Parking garage is very small for the number of units; we had no problem finding parking spaces but we were there during off-season (a LOT of stuff was closed for transition between summer and winter activities). We wonder what the parking situation is like during high-season. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. This property is nicely designed and comfortable. Wonderful

The property was excellent! The 2 bdr. unit we had was in perfect order. Clean as clean can be! Pool and 2 hot tubs were warm and relaxing. All staff we encountered were spectacular and fun to visit with. They set the bar high for others to strive to attain. The property was excellent! The 2 bdr. unit we had was in perfect order. Great trip.

Loved the resort and will definitely go back. The location was easy to get to downtown and other shopping areas. Had a full kitchen so eating in was easy. Very nice. Friendly helpful staff always anxious to help with every question I had. First time in the area so I had plenty. Very comfortable. Loved the resort and will definitely go back. Stay was amazing

Hands down the best Customer service I have had a hotel. The ladies at the front desk were top notch and remembered us each time they saw us and were always asking if they could help or if we needed anything. Hotel room was super clean and spacious. Full kitchen and large eating area and nice patio. Close to everything and lots to do. Hands down the best Customer service I have had a hotel.
