Natural disaster?????

Actually, the resort is closed due to natural disaster but in reality the resort is closed due to lack of management skills by the Board and Developers. It will never come back without ripping off more people..... We’ve had a timeshare there for 20+ years. They haven’t updated it at all, and now it’s closed, while all the other nearby places have reopened. Terrible management! During our last stay, they were begging for more money and when we called them out on the scam, they were rude. I feel sorry for the folks that fell for the sales pitch, they are out even more money. This place is still closed and nothing going on to repair it.

The management had insufficient insurance and the place is full of mold and is NOT being repaired in a manner that would indicate that it would ever re-open. The people on here who within the last five months say it is a great place or that they have been here to stay are lying as the place has not been open since before November 2017. THE PLACE IS CLOSED!

The place has been closed! It is in very bad shape. I can not believe they have not put it together after all the money they have coming in between owners and insurance money. Totally ridiculous! Everybody who invested money into buying units in Americano Beach Resort is out, not to mention all the fees everyone is paying maintenance and etc. The place has been closed!
