Would stay again

We enjoyed our time here. The condos are comfortable, though the kitchen was not stocked that well and our dryer was broken. The staff is efficient and helpful, they have an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, racquetball, tennis and put-put for a little family fun. We enjoyed our time here. Lots of negatives, a couple of positives

We own 3 timeshare units with Marriott at Vail Streamside so perhaps this is not a fair comparison. Sandstone is definitely not Marriott quality. First the good: check in was fast and efficient. The bus service to the slopes was timely and efficient. The units were clean, beds were comfortable, and internet and TV were good and kitchen was adequately equipped. Now the bad: Major problem, the lobby and reception closes from 11 PM - 7 AM. If there is a problem, you have no help. In addition, it forces late nighters to use side doors and stairs by the units. People sleeping in rooms near those entrances and stairs are awakened throughout the night as partyers return. Definitely do not get room 1303 and I'm sure that is one of many that experiences sleepless nights. Next, the fitness center is small, opens late, and only one family allowed at a time. Guests are required to put skis in lockers. The lock for our locker did not lock. We reported it 3 times with no result. When we arrived, the locker had boxes stored in it which the staff had to remove. Speaking of staff, they were not at all friendly when responding to concerns or questions. They have only two small gas grills for the entire complex resulting in a backup of people wanting to grill. Finally, they have two indoor hot tubs but no outdoor hot tub which was a disappointment. Great location friendly staff.

Sandstone creek club Has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The location is perfect, the shuttle bus is always on time, and the amenities are superb. The staff is very helpful! Super Family Experience

Spacious, fully equipped kitchen, super helpful staff, amazing indoor-outdoor pool, clean and uses a smart policy of massive ski locker room off the lobby to keep the rest of the hotel nice. Regular ski hill shuttle, 5 minutes to the lifts. I’d definitely return. Big 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a good location

The property is older and needs updating but if you get beyond that, it has everything you need. Lots of square footage, maybe 1300 sf. Fireplace. Well stocked kitchen. 2 TV’s. Patio. We could use our Netflix there which was nice. Grocery nearby. Close to the main highway. Huge spa. Big indoor/outdoor heated pools. Friendly and helpful staff.
