Schooling Landing has seen better days

Maintenance has been deferred for too long. One building is in such bad repair that it can no longer be used. The Club House is so uneven you are in danger of tripping by just walking through the building just to check in. All the exterior paint is peeling, the carpet has outlived it usefulness, there are hand rails that are full of dry rot and are a danger, and the roof needs to be replaced. Dirty and dated resort

We were confirmed into a 2 bedroom unit and they changed us to a 1 bedroom unit last minute Our unit had very dirty carpet and bad view over parking lot Swimming pool and hot tub were closed The resort has major erosion problems. Needs expansive exterior repairs

The unit we were in was clean and comfortable. Could tell it was privately owned due to the carpet which was a short pile light in color showing stains. As an earlier review remarked, using the shower in the jetted tube is not convenient getting in and out. The exterior of the units have flaking paint and rot. The grounds show the effects of land shifting. Building housing 500# units appears to be abandoned, it is the one closest to the ocean. Staff was friendly and helpful. For Worldmark by Wyndham owners this is not what you would expect from a Worldmark resort. The unit we were in was clean and comfortable. Beautiful Resort

Schooner Landing is a beautiful place to stay with a friendly, hard working staff and lots of fun activities, as well as a play area for kids and a fire pit with wood and log benches. The walk down to the water and a mostly private beach is a gentle slope and takes about five minutes. Highly recommend! Great location - "tired" old resort doing its best to stay relevant

Great location but obviously an older resort needing more love and attention. On a beautiful summer day )somewhat rare on the Oregon coast) there was not a single lounge chair to sit and enjoy the sun/view/ocean/sunset. The town is nice and the personnel were wonderful Great location but obviously an older resort needing more love and attention.
