Accessibility here is awesome. A lovely, comfortable and convenient hotel near many places that you will want to visit.

We stayed here for two nights upon arrival to New Orleans then checked into our hotel booked for one week. We were upgraded to a lovely large suite that had a full kitchen. I use a wheelchair and this hotel was fully accessible. To my disappointment we had no chance to use the pool that had equipment in place for mobility challenged people like myself. The hotel was very safe and our suite was more than comfortable! We really enjoyed our short stay here. Great location!

This location was walking distance to French Quarters, French Market, and Riverwalk. We did walk to the Garden District (2 miles) but took the St. Charles trolley back. The resort is clean and not noisy. Our 1 bedroom unit had high ceilings and ample space. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, great experience with housekeeping, front desk and concierge. This location was walking distance to French Quarters, French Market, and Riverwalk. We did walk to the Garden District (2 miles) but took the St. Charles trolley back. Such a pleasant stay, I'm coming back!

Love this place and can't wait to come back! Staff was extremely helpful, excellent customer service and made my family feel like family to the staff. Our room was perfect and comfortable, loved the kitchen. Clean resort and super close to the French Quarters! Will be back, See ya soon! Love this place and can't wait to come back! Our Stay at La Belle Maison

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was neat and tidy. The microwave was a little scawampous, and would not shut properly. May not have been safe to use. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location. The building was under renovation - thoroughly bummed that the pool and fitness center were shut down. Call ahead to see if they have reopened them. Not happy, be careful if your considering looking at their timeshare

I had booked a resort originally staying at the property on Royal. Given the covid, I had already had to change this once. I called today and they tried to move me to this property but said I would need to complete my stay by the end of April or pay to have it changed. The alternative is to give up my two hundred dollar deposit. I would have changed the dates but the agent wanted me to pay the tax of an additional $47.00 and not knowing if travel will be safe in April? I asked for a supervisor but I was refused, so much for being a Diamond Member at Wyndham. This was part a promo that required a timeshare tour.
