Unacceptable customer service

Had reserved a room a couple weeks back. Was supposed to spend a night but due to an extreme health issue with a pet who suddenly needed a tube inserted in her neck and to be fed through the tube every 4 hours, it is impossible to travel now. We've just spent a heck of a lot of money on the cat whose chances of survival are actually good but the hotel doesn't allow pets and refuse to be reasonable to refund us a lousy $154.00. I have no problem providing proof of our pet's current situation but still no. I will never consider staying here or any of the properties belonging to this group. While one likes to think that you won't have to cancel, unexpected crap happens. Keep this mind if you think nothing bad will happen to you and you won't need to cancel. We spent one night at the Patriot's Inn during a vacation in Virginia.

We had an excellent stay at the Patriots Inn. The room was very lovely, large, and well-equipped. The pool/Iacuzzi/grill area is a very nice place to rest after a nine-hour drive. The staff is very professional and helpful, but the reception is open only for short periods during the day. This is a problem if you arrive late or need information outside the office hours, mainly because there is no guide of the amenities in the rooms and not a lot of directions in the buildings. Week in Williamsburg

We had a great time in Williamsburg and enjoyed staying at the Patriots Inn. Great location and one bedroom, two bath unit with fully accessorized kitchen made our stay very comfortable. Great value - Convenient, Clean and Aboce Expectations

Husband an$ I have visited W-Burg numerous times and stayed numerous places. This is our first time at Patriots Inn, and will not be the last. From the literal minute we walked into the registration lobby, we were impressed. It was spotless! The young woman at the desk, Emani, was also the person we spoke with days earlier when it was necessary to change our reservation. Both times she was pleasant helpful, and very professional while being very friendly. Later we saw her busily working, cleaning public areas! She demonstrated not only excellent customer service, but a clear willingness to do all that is necessary to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. When we entered our 1BR, 2 Bath Condo, we were happily surprised. It was roomy, very clean, and very well appointed. The full kitchen is well equipped, to the point I didn’t need the bag of “extras” I always travel with! The TVs both worked well, and the gas fireplace was in proper working order. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the units were both exceptionally clean. The master bathroom! What a treat! HUGE! SPOTLESS! Wonderful, thick towels! Nice small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion as well. Really wonderful! Convenient parking, highly efficient elevators, and a small but spotless outdoor pool rounded out our experience. We rarely assume to recommend anyplace, but this will be an exception. We will always stay here during our future visits, and suggest others consider it as well. More than I expected!!

Enjoyed my stay at Patriots Inn in Williamsburg VA!! One bedroom unit with two full bathrooms!! Full kitchen was nice for cooking in. Location allowed moving around the area. Many things to do and near William & Mary University nearby has lots of dining options and shops. Enjoyed my stay at Patriots Inn in Williamsburg VA!! One bedroom unit with two full bathrooms!!
