Can avoid if looking for a peaceful stay

The resort offers some really nice views and big spacious rooms. However, we had a bad experience with some people playing loud music and creating nuisance well past after midnight. After several complaints and direct request to the miscreants, they keep singing and playing loud punjabi music right above our room. Bhaskar from the front desk did all he could but i believe, sterling do not have any formal policy which can keep this non sense at bay. Best hospitality

The hospitality was good. Very friendly staff. Manager gave excellent service and also restaurant made food according to our preferance which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Defenataly visit soon. The hospitality was good. Very friendly staff. A memorable experience

I am a member of Sterling and I have visited many properties but the service and support over here is by far the best, very cordial staff, excellent food and the amenities are worth it, you can also relax and indulge yourself in spa services which was also brilliant. A must visit. Lovely Property

The location of the property is very good. The service and hospitality is amazing. Would surely recommend this place and visit here again in future. The food is pretty decent. Lots of activities for the kids. Day time in November feels like summer. Enjoyed the swimming pool also. The staff is very humble and cooperative. Had a lovely holiday. Peaceful relaxing vacation

We stayed for 2 days at Sterling Resorts Marchula and it was a relaxing vacation from hectic city life. The staff at the reception were very helpful and they upgraded my room. Even the restaurant, housekeeping and room service staff was courteous and helpful and there was variety in their restaurant menu daily. They also have a good spa on their premises.
