Не соответствует звездности

Началось наше путешествие с приезда в отель около 10 вечера. Приехали, надо пройти чекин с помощью айпада который и с 3 раза при нажатии завершения регистрации просто выключался! Затем, два дня была плохая погода и никаких водных развлечений. Пляж очень маленький. Наш номер - Bamboo Luxe что-то там. Оказалось, комната не имеет рум сервиса! Гостиница 3* обязана предоставлять рум сервис, что говорить о 5*??? Холодные джакузи и грязные бассейны. Но самое главное это их all inclusive! Кроме алкоголя и местных забегаловок - ничего не включено! Есть приличные рестораны, но их надо заранее бронировать! Мы, к сожалению, прилетели на 5 дней и смогли только забронировать 2 ресторана приличных ужина в 9 часов вечера!!! Прям, скажите спасибо, что вам так повезло! Насчёт их безлимитных водных развлечений - опять не все так безлимитно. Мы выбрали этот отель только из-за дайвинга, но его получили 1 раз. 2 дня не погоды и в остальные дни либо они забывали нас вписать, либо забронированный 2х часовой дайвинг был нереален, тк по пятницам его не бывает(хотя это даже в газете указано!) Отличный отель для тех, кто любит шумные компания и повеселиться на отдыхе

Как и все отели Sandals этот отель прекрасен! Большим плюсом является наличие большого количества ресторанов. Все рестораны отлично оформлены и еда очень вкусная!Так же по вечерам здесь проводятся различные шоу, а по ночам веселые дискотеки. Здесь отличный выбор водных видов спорта! Мне понравились отдельные домики с частными бассейнами чуть выше от главного здания! Там можно уединиться и насладиться тишиной! Не волнуйтесь, что они находятся далеко от ресторанов, всегда можно позвонить и вызвать электромобиль, который приедет быквально через пару минут Пляжей здесь несколько, но мне они показались многолюдными. Тем, кто любит уединения, я бы не советовала этот отель! Здесь просто тысячи и тысячи людей!Свадьбы я тоже не рекомендовала здесь проводить. Все, что мы видели были испорчены проходящими/проплывающими пьяными постояльцами отеля!Парам, которые хотят романтического отдыха я посоветовала бы остановиться в соседнем Royal Plantation. Несомненный плюс этого отеля в том, что он принимает на отдых только лиц старше 18 лет, соответственно, никакой суеты и шума детей нет. Я бы рекомендовал данный отель парам для романтического отдыха, проведения свадеб и медовых месяцев. Отель состоит из нескольких зон: 5-этажынй корпус, коттеджи, комплекс вилл с частными бассейнами. Вариантов размещения много, поэтому при бронировании выбирайте подходящий для Вас. Пляж - песчаный, лежаки, зонтики, матрасы - бесплатно. Услуги "все включено" распространяются на питание в ресторанах(междунродная, итальянская, местная, азиатская, карибско-итальянская кухни,. гриль), закуски 24 часа, напитки премиум класса, винная карта, 7 общих бассейнов, джакузи, фитнес, теннис, стена для занятия альпинизмом, виндсерфинг и многое другое. Дополнительно оплачиваются только спа процедуры, аренда автомобиля и экскурсии. В номере есть спутниковое ТВ, сейф, утюг, гладильная доска, ванная комната с феном. Sandals Ochi had a blast

I visited the Sandals Ochi to celebrate my 37th birthday, My wife and I had a blast beach resort the service was great the employees were on point with everything and courteous the food was great I mean everything from Japanese to Soul food . If visiting you must check out the Ochi beach club they have a incredible team over there full of energy great entertainment. if there is a bad thing I have to say is that the seating in the pool areas and the beach areas become unavailable fast during the early am due to visitors placing towels on the beach chairs and leaving them unattended for long periods of time other than that the experience was great I plan to visit them in the near future . Wonderful

We had a wonderful time here. The staff was super friendly and always attentive. Everything felt very safe and clean. The in room bar was great and convenient. Breakfast was always good. The restaurants were delicious and interactive. The Hop was a nice addition to be able to go to the Hillside area. A few downsides, not everything is included as highly advertised. Once on site, we were basically hounded by photographers hourly while we were out and about in the resort. This goes the same for the loyalty program, golf course, and massage staff. While, they did get some amazing photos, they were quite expensive. Our fan in our room did not work and we complained twice about it. I do wish you could make reservations online for the restaurants instead of having to stop by the lounge. I was a little disappointed that our honeymoon package was not what it said it was. We were supposed to have a complementary catamaran cruise, couples massage, and a "bubbly welcome." We got the catamaran cruise free but the couples massage had a hefty unexpected service fee once we spoke to someone in the spa. We never received the bubbly welcome. Other couples said they did have theirs in their room when they arrived. We also should've gotten the special turndown service with flower petals on the first night as well as breakfast in bed on a morning of our choice - but didn't have either. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and will definitely book with Sandals in the future. We had a wonderful time here. The staff was super friendly and always attentive. Love it here!

The greatest vacation! We were here for 7 nights. The resort was great. The food was good, the service was awesome. The staff at Sandals was all so friendly and accommodating. Va-cay with friends

We had originally this trip way back in October of 2019, however due to covid we had to reschedule it. We went with 2 couple friends of ours. It was wonderful. We had a butler suite, and they really wanted to make sure we were having a great time and relaxing. Which we did. We had massages which were AWESOME! There were a few hiccups with our butlers mostly timing issues but other than that, really ALL the staff at Ochi wanted to make sure you were happy and comfortable. Covid has left many business reeling and sandals isnt an exception, however they did great. All the staff was friendly and willing to make conversation. Fun vacation, resort could use some TLC

Six of us traveled to Sandals Ochi for a week. The Good: - Lots of dining options - The grounds are stunning - Main pool is large with music/activities - We stayed on the garden side so the rooms were quiet at night - House keeping did a great job cleaning the rooms - Soy and the French restaurant had the best food - The wifi is actually really good. No need to upgrade to the streaming speed. We could watch Hulu and Netflix on our iPads. The Bad: - The resort is a bit worn looking (rooms have not been updated in a long time, pools are missing tiles, flooring is cracked/chipped) - At other Sandals resorts the Italian restaurant is typically our favorite… not the case here. None of the 6 of us liked what we ordered - Food service at the Italian and French restaurant is extremely slow (like 2 hours of waiting so we missed the beach party) - The gym on the garden side only has weights, no cardio equipment - The TV in the room is fuzzy, you can’t really watch it. Misc: - You need to wear a mask on the hop bus and in the spa - The hop runs regularly so you never have to wait long to ride to the other side - All of us had the butler service. I don’t think it added any value to our experience. We asked for 2 things… a charcuterie board each day at 4pm and reservations at 3 of the restaurants. We got the reservations but the charcuterie board only came twice. Not a big deal but butlers no longer save seats at the pool or handle diving arrangements, which are actually helpful perks. - Some of the changes due to covid seem more like sandals cheaping out. For example, the beach party no longer has food served but there is still a breakfast buffet, what is the difference? - Sandals is now charging $140 per person for the refresher course of divers (if you have not done a dive in the last 6 months this is required). It has always been free in the past. We think since so many people need this due to not traveling because of covid restrictions Sandals is using it as a way to recoup money. - The dining reservation system is still a disaster. We wish they would add a way to book/cancel on the app. Especially for groups, because it is extremely difficult to schedule anything for more than a party of 2.
