Old motel, not updated. Hot tub covered, pool not heated. mold on shower curtain, stain on bathroom sink. cracked tiles above one of the bathtubs. rust on outside of refrigerator, one oven and stove, microwave, charcoal grills rusty, narrow bathtub. TV's hard to use. Once a week maid service. Old motel, not updated. Not a worthy RCI resort

Very sub-standard, not at all up to the usual high quality of other RCI resorts we have stayed in. Equivalent to maybe a $30/night motel on the seedy side of town. I hate being so negative but it was a massive disappointment that had us truncate our stay to just the one night. Sea Oats Resort in Daytona Beach Shores

Location on the beach was great, but the motel was not something to remember. The motel was typical for a facility built in the 70's. Generally the resort was clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly. Family vacation 2019

Overall we had a fantastic vacation. The rooms are clean with a good amount of space. The bathtubs should really be replaced, and the stoves as well. The front desk is always a pleasure, and Debbie especially does her best to accommodate us. Overall we had a fantastic vacation. The rooms are clean with a good amount of space. The beach

It’s in great location and the makes it the perfect spot for my family. We stay on the beach or at the pool so basically just sleep in the room. It’s not anything fancy but it a good value and the staff is very friendly. Been going here since 1996. It’s in great location and the makes it the perfect spot for my family.
