Poor cleanliness in general, especialy in quality of pool water. Hight turbity and lack of control in temperature water. The place is agrable, but the cleanliness no. The food is average. It's country, nice water park

This place is country! Bungalows surrounding the water park. Can be loud in the evening, especially with groups or entertainment going on. Breakfast buffets are good, but don't change. Evening buffets are good but also don't change. The caipirinhas are good and there is a barrel of cachaca on the table to serve yourself. The buffets are on an open wood fired stove. It's country. For city folk a nice change of pace. There is nothing around other than one of the best cancer hospitals in Brazil (incl. a separate cancer hospital for children). For people who want to get away from it all, this hotel is the place. I would go back if I was in the area again. This place is country! Bungalows surrounding the water park. Stay in Barretos

Very friendly staff, nice recently renovated room with a good bath, the best place to stay in Barretos. For those using the convention center it is very convenient since it is right next door. Leakage in the bathroom

How good can be a room that leaks water in the bathroom? You call the management, they send someone to dry the floor and in ten minutes everything is wet again. You have to wear tennis shoes in the bathroom. You get the picture. Not pleasant. On the bright side, the lunch was good and they have a lot of outdoor space that children love.
