Second home in need of TLC

This is our third time staying at Table Top Landing. The views and sincerity are unbelievable. All units have good bones and distinctive features but sadly are still in the 1900's. Also some signs of severe wear and the lack of maintenance are causing a ones gold crown property to loose it's luster. This said we will keep coming back for the fantastic scenery and peace and quiet. This is our third time staying at Table Top Landing. The views and sincerity are unbelievable. Very large and clean unit!

The 2 BR condo was very large with plenty of room for 6 with the pull out couch. The master suite and bath was HUGE! We enjoyed the deck and swimming pool. Quiet family resort

Great place for young kids. We swam in lake & pools (community pool was a $6 person fee for the entire day), climbed rocks by the marina, played ball in the big open field, played on playgrounds, Well stocked kitchen. Not exactly clean. Sofa sleeper sheets were missing. Plenty to do in Eureka Springs. Rented boat for half day. We may come back and have already recommended the resort. Great place for young kids. Beautiful Lake Resort

This resort is on an island with excellent lake views. Units are well maintained with all the amenities including cable TV and internet service. It’s an excellent resort for accessing Table Rock Lake for fishing and water sports. There is a marina with boat slips, rentals, etc and the staff is very helpful close to the resort. Fishermen may need fishing license for both Missouri and Arkansas. The Missouri line is approximately a mile from the marina. This resort is on an island with excellent lake views. Units are well maintained with all the amenities including cable TV and internet service. It’s an excellent resort for accessing Table Rock Lake for fishing and water sports. The Missouri line is approximately a mile from the marina.

Excellent unit

Tis resort is one of the best we have stayed at. However, it is not for the disabled, as there are multiple floors in the unit. The view from our unit was just beautiful. The deck off the unit overlooked the lake and was so nice. The unit was well stocked with supplies. It was very clean, and the master suite is so nice -- HUGE bathroom with double jacuzzi bath and beautiful fixtures. The resort is older but ur unit was updated and quite nice. There is an electric fireplace that felt great even in the last week of April. The furniture is nice and in good condition. The washer and dryer are full size. Great appliances throughout. We stayed in unit #7, and it was great -- great view and there were no steps to access the unit, which made taking our recumbent trikes in so easy. For the best view, try to get units 1-7. The amenities were disappointing - the tennis courts were all but unplayable. This area is off the beaten path - to get to either Branson or Roers it is about an hour drive on rural roads There is a nice grocery store cose by, though. Eureka Springs is a close drive.
