Dont say your an owner unless you are at the spa!

Beautiful resort with lots to do. Go off season for a more relaxing time and access to all. Great for families as when you are there all things are within walking distance. Good food at the restaurants but they are short staffed at this time. Beautiful resort with lots to do. Go off season for a more relaxing time and access to all. Disappointing

I brought 12 of my employees and their families to stay here. Our first issue began the day before we came up. One of my employees needed a place to breastfeed her little one, she called ahead to see how they could accommodate her. They told her it was not possible, there was nothing they could do. It took me getting on the phone with a manager to have them get her an early check in. Then there was the room service - morning #1, they didn't even answer the phone. Morning #2, we had left our filled out order form on the door the night before at 3pm. When our selected delivery time came and went, we looked outside to discover no one picked it up. For some, that might not be a big deal, or a 1st world problem. For us, it's pretty miserable, our son who has a time consuming routine in the morning, that makes it so we can't leave for a quite while. The food was also not good. I'm pretty disappointed. I was really wanting to bring my family back up here this winter to stay and ski. I think we will be going to Park City now. I brought 12 of my employees and their families to stay here. Great place to visit

Snowbird will not disappoint. This is our second year to visit. We may try next year in the fall when weather is a little cooler. We love the view from our room and took advantage of hot tub on balcony. Rooms very spacious so never felt cramped. Great spot to use as home base for day trips. Snowbird will not disappoint. DO NOT GO IN THE SUMMER

We stayed at Cliff Lodge as families and friends of the bride and groom (approximately 75 people). The wedding was beautiful everything else was downhill. Their air conditioning is not capable of handling heat. We were told to keep at 65 but rooms stayed at 72-75. The solution to this was box fans which did not help. At the rehearsal dinner they had fans with ice to try and cool off the room in Aerie. We contacted Jack Cole the general manager - he listened and that was it. I thought that he would do something before I wrote this review. For the price we paid we should have received some sort of refund. Great properly with amazing amenities - yet no AC in the original unit built in 1970?!

Providing a box fan and a 1 gal cool-mist humidifier is simply unacceptable for a ski (and year-round) resort of this (or any) level. It felt like our RCI points didn't afford us the 'better' accomodations.
