Excellent Experience

Well maintained hotel in the city centre. Room well kept. Good choice of cuisine. Helpful & courteous staff at the reception and the dining room. WiFi connectivity was an issue. Good hotel with reasonable price, Nagaraju explained well about hotel, nice ambience with traditional look, rooms are big and convenient, very well maintained and neat. Interior is nice with traditional look. Very good amphibians. Taste is very good. Service also very good and polite.we had a very good experience.Feel happy about banquet service and quality. Overall good stay. Will visit again especially for the food.

Read Full review to get exact picture of hotel. In short Awesome stay Yummy, tasty food - real South Indian taste, perfect local taste very much enjoyable. Buffet spread is minimal but taste is to the roof. Staff courtesy is great, good experience with Mr.Arunraj-very polite and ready serve. In brief, Parking space is limited to around 16 to 20 cars inside premises, outside parking on roadside not convenient yet space available, Welcoming and front desk could improve their standard, Room booking is a little unfriendly, number listed in Google not picked up even after 5 full call rings, it's like luck we have to try often to make them answer(worst experience), After the booking, if we need to make an add on to your booking or for any change in bookings-the same person won't be available or difficult to contact, don't know they have a seperate reservation team or not! Also they are very lazy to give info on rooms and it's amenities. Cleanliness of reception, entrance, lobby, lifts and rooms are Great. Really good. Lifts in little small, cramped I would say. Only 2 available. And no service lift for staffs separate, they too use the same, because of that we have to wait for a long time for lift, many a time staffs are using it with trolly. Room space, wooden design, heritage room doors, enough natural lights in all rooms, restroom enough space and enough natural light(basically eco friendly) Although could improve linen quality of bed sheets and towels. Especially towels looks like very old and couldn't take it any more like cloth. Floor towel is the worst. TV is big enough for the room yet basic display. Overall good stay. nice stay at JC Residency

We stayed at this hotel with family and parents. It was a comfortable stay. Room was big and able to accommodate an extra bed. Very neat and clean and maintained well. Staff was courteous. They tried to accommodate special requests. Will like to stay again.Mr Rajesh and Ms Kokila in the restaurant were polite and helpful We stayed at this hotel with family and parents.
