Здесь множество живописных ландшафтов, а возле островов Сан-Вито-ло-Капо и Эгади, рядом с побережьем Трапани, находится природный заповедник. На территории курорта есть плавательный бассейн, теннисные корты, ресторан, игровая комната и школа подводного плавания. Можно также провести время в клубе и принять участие в развлекательных программах. Проживание в апартаментах åстудиоò и апартаментах с одной и двумя спальнями и частично оборудованной кухней вместимостью от 4 до 6 человек.

Достойный отель. Есть бесплатная автостоянка для гостей. Комнаты просторные, очень чистые. Персонал убирает очень хорошо, все полотенца меняют ежедневно, часто меняли постельное белье. Наш номер был 208 - на втором этаже. Хороший, большой балкон, частичный вид на море, плотные ставни, обеспечивающие хорошее затемнение, кондиционер. Можно так же отлично спать с открытой балконной дверью. Но по выходным очень громкая музыка в баре рядом не умолкает до 02 часов ночи. Вход в море по мостику - для меня такой пляж - идеально! Море было спокойным всю неделю, плавать - в удовольствие! Из недостатков: на завтрак нет никаких овощей, нет салата. Хотелось бы иметь так же выбор яиц: всмятку и глазунью (была только яичница-болтунья). Не включены в стоимость бесплатные пляжные полотенца. Для отеля четыре звёзды это странно. Disappointed
I got the suite, which was rightfully shown having an amazing window looking at the sea. Unlikely the window was so dirty that it was impossible to see anything. The room did not offer mini bar (it was a suite), and was missing most of the standard amenities (e.g. napkins). At the check out, the staff didn’t even bother to ask how our staying was. The location would be really amazing, it’s a shame it is poorly managed. I got the suite, which was rightfully shown having an amazing window looking at the sea. Disappointing
The location is very special, an old tuna factory converted in hotel but the overall experience in this hotel is very disappointing. Starting form the "+". Rooms are large and clean, beds are confortable. There is a panoramic view to the sea and the surronding mountains, romantic sunsets. Now let's move to the "-". There is not beach, there should be a strip of grass but there is only soil with sunbeds. Sunbeds were realy dirty. The platform to access the sea was crowded by people, not hotel guests. One evening we went to the hotel restaurant we had booked in the morning. We were "welcomed" by a rude waiter shouting us because according to him we had no reservation. I explained him I had booked in the morning at reception following the instructions we received at our arrival. He said I had to book directly with him, this is quite unusual and not very professional because I didn't know who he was nor where to find him. At the end we got a table and during the dinner he came to apologize because he better checked and he found our reservation. We are human we can make mistakes but his behaviour and arrogance were unacceptable. We waited long time to be served. Food was good. The morning we left no one form the staff to help with luggages. Are food and sleep important to your holiday?
This hotel has the potential to be a really relaxing, enjoyable, refreshing experience but unfortunately, it is not... The location is excellent, beautiful sunsets, however the hotel rooms, though bright and clean, lack fundamental qualities required for a restful holiday. Paper thin walls and a primitive 70’s drainage system mean you get to know your neighbours intimately, hearing their every toilet flush and what film they are watching into the night. We visited during Covid so of course expect some compromises, but breakfast is shambolic. A very angry seeming thin pale waiter holds court over the breakfast bar, rushing guests to choose their food like school children, barking orders and creating a very stressful atmosphere. One evening, we tried to go to the hotel restaurant as the local one was closed. This same waiter was fuming with rage at our audacity for not having booked in advance and basically shouted at us (this was not flagged at check in) “You need to let us know in advance” he repeated. This was rather shocking and in no way welcoming, especially considering that I am seven months pregnant and was only looking for a bit of dinner, in the hotel we were staying at for six nights. Instead of being chastised, we left and got a take away pizza which was probably much nicer. We did complain but the staff did nothing to make us feel more welcome, and the waiter continued with his attitude at breakfast, so we stopped going. There was one lovely waiter, who wore glasses, who really was welcoming and polite. I hope he gets promoted soon, as without him staff really do lack all the qualities needed for hospitality. Happy to come back !!
We chose the hôtel because it had a tennis court , pool and by the sea! It does not disappoint in terms of facilities!! But what makes the hotel a special place is the staff there who will go out of their way to make our lives easier and certainly happier!! A special mention to Catherina at the reception who was so very helpful in booking our tickets for Segesta and other useful insights in making our lives stress free with her smile and confident approach !! The other special members of the staff who have it this hotel such a pleasure : Isidoro’s team in the breakfast and dining room! Isidore leads an efficient and happy team in difficult circumstances with Covid restrictions ! Eager to ensure that his customers leave always happy, Isidoro will ensure you lack for nothing with the help of Alberto, Daniela,Fabio and Marco ! Many thanks to a charming and competent squadra!!
