Non-smokers be advised

Our unit was small and the furnishings and kitchen are very outdated. Very small bathroom and located about a 15 minute drive to the beach. The units have a large terrace that would have been nice to enjoy except the adjoining unit occupant was a heavy smoker and his smoke made it impossible for us to enjoy our terrace. Additionally, we could not keep our windows open due to the smoke smell. The weather was perfect for enjoying the terrace and open windows but we could not. We vacated the unit after only a 3 day stay and do not recommend. Furnishings and kitchen equipment very outdated and the bathroom in tiny. old and dirty complex , never any renovation, poolside deck was unsafe aswell as the chairs at the pool. No maintenance! Nice and very quiet Place in the middle of pure Nature

With this place you have a Residence on average standard, big balcony with a wonderful view in pure nature and near to wonderfull beaches (10 - 20 min. with the car or shuttle). Nearby are some small supermarkets and many restaurants. The next village you can reach in walking distance, the next smaller cities are 5 to 10 min. with the car. Out of seasons there are only a few tourists.One of the desk team at the residence speaks also german! Nice staff in total. Excellent as always

Full apartment style rooms so it's great if you want to get groceries for snacks. Family friendly resort. Lots of breeze in the rooms on hot evenings plus AC but the sea breeze is nice to fall asleep to. Patios are very large with great ocean views. I can't say enough about this hotel! Very comfortable and inviting, the lobby bar and pool areas are lovely and the restaurant is the best in the area!! See my other review. We continue to come to Centola because of the people, all of the staff are so kind, friendly and eager to help in any way. We consider Centola our second home because of our experiences here with our new friends. We will be back! On a side note, we've been to Florence, Rome, Venice etc. All incredibly beautiful places, but if you want a truly authentic experience, Palinuro and Centola are an amazing place to explore, get to know the kind people here and you'll want to leave the larger cities to relax and see the best Italy has to offer! Relaxing stay in a quiet resort

My father and I checked in, there was a lot of people checking in, so it was quite busy. An important note that it is not in Salerno, that is the state but Palinuro. We choose the half board which included breakfast and dinner. We arrived around 3 in the afternoon and the restaurant was closed but Geraldo happly made us a quick bite, which was greatly appreciated. There is nothing the staff won't do to help you-they really want you to be happy! The club card is 35 euro and includes shuttle service to the beach or town. Antonio was great! The beach is beautiful-there is a good restaurant there. There is a 10 euro charge for the umbrella and chairs, which is not included. Overall, this was a very relaxing stay with the most welcoming people. No, it is not a 5 star resort but is is enjoyable and we would look forward to return.
