Clean and quiet stay.

We had a great experience. Very quiet location and room was spotless. Great view of the lake. Staff is very respectful and works hard to keep everyone as safe as possible during the pandemic. Every time was saw staff members they were wearing masks. Staff was friendly and responsive to all our needs. We had a great experience. Very quiet location and room was spotless. Awesome

Clean, luxurious, and basically perfect. All for an outstanding price. If we stay in Sturgeon Bay again, guaranteed this is where it will be! It's a vacation villa and they don't make your beds and clean your room daily but there were a "lot" of towels and stuff - even like 6 swimming pool/spa towels in the bottom drawer of the master hutch. Totally happy with our stay. Clean, luxurious, and basically perfect. All for an outstanding price. If we stay in Sturgeon Bay again, guaranteed this is where it will be! Almost got a 1 star review

Why you ask, well when we booked this place month’s early I ask for and expected waterfront with a view, not what we got. Back with a view of the parking lot. Very sad and disappointed, but this is where the 5 stars come in. After a brief discussion with the front desk staff to at least express our disappointment- they did say they were sorry, but that they were booked and didn’t see anything they could do, and we are very sorry. Now that in itself only got them up to w stars at best, but 20 minutes later the room phone rang and another manger asked if we wanted to come down and talk about it, we said yes! When we got to the front desk the young lady who checked us in, said she thought she had 2 no 3 options for us. We could cancel for a small fee, or if we could wait 2 days, and if either of the next 2 rooms she would show us would work . . . We said let’s see the rooms please. One was bigger then our current room, but with great views of the bay, and the other room while a bit small with a small deck and awesome views ( and less money) was another option - 5 stars, they did what they could and made us very happy, thank you all. Great Stay

Staff was very friendly & helpful. The suites were great with an excellent view of the water & sunsets. Exactly what we were looking for to spend time in between our adventures throughout door county. Staff was very friendly & helpful. A resort I would definitely return to

A beautiful resort with amazing views of the bay! Staff was very friendly and attentive! I would definitely recommend it! Our 2 bedroom accommodations were very clean, comfortable and homey. We would recommend it for couples and families with children. We can’t wait to go back and relax at this weather bderful resort! A beautiful resort with amazing views of the bay!
