Wonderful and much need vacation!!

Upon arrival my girlfriend and I was placed in an ocean view room which was not up to our satisfaction. Once we were moved (with the help of staff) to an ocean front room everything was wonderful. The manager Kristin made it her duty to get us into into a room of our satisfaction. Upon arrival my girlfriend and I was placed in an ocean view room which was not up to our satisfaction. Location, Location, Location

Direct ocean front with easy access to the beach. The beach is for walking, but getting around you will need a car. This North end resort is very close to restaurants, shops and mini golf. They have several small pools and one has a lift for those that are physically challenged. The rooms are very quiet and we didn't really notice our neighbors. A nice view and location

Nice view. Right on the ocean. Walked the beach every day. I hat this that I have to keep writting just to get to so many words Still not enough words. EXTREMELY DECEIVING AND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!

Worst hotel experience ever! After making a hotel reservation, the hotel staff weeks later called and advised me of their COVID protocols and that if they could not accommodate an Oceanfront suite due to high occupancy they would give us a good ocean view suite that we’d be pleased with. And I questioned them in detail about the oceanview and was told it would be a good view of the ocean. We planned a beach vacation at this oceanfront resort looking forward to and expecting to see the ocean to end up having a street view and view of a shingled roof of the building next door. Without a doubt the worst possible view and customer service! We had to insist on speaking with the manager, who was not at all sympathetic to our concerns. She offered a refund, but on a holiday weekend with most hotels booked up, we had no where else to go, which they didn’t seem to care about. They just wanted to book their street front rooms without a true view of the ocean to whomever they could deceive to get there. I was not a last minute booker either and as a comparison, I have always received much better accommodations and customer service from Kingston Plantation properties like the Royale Palms, the Embassy Suites and the Hilton. There’s no comparison in customer service, amenities and views. Beware of this hotel/timeshare’s bait and switch way of conducting business. They have many rooms like this and they could ruin your well planned and hard earned vacation as they did ours! We didn’t even feel like we were near the beach! We might as well have stayed inland in a budget motel! Worst hotel experience ever! Great View.

Great View. Had a good time. Weather crappy first week, good the second week. Got tired of Wyndham sales staff trying to sell us more timeshares. Their insulting when they do it. I would highly recommend. however the timeshare sales staff all over town. Every family event center has them throughout locations and they bugged the hell out of you. Great View. Had a good time.
