We Love it Here

Our family (aunts, uncles, cousins) stay for a week each summer. The units are clean, comfortable & have everything you need. The grounds are kept immaculate and the staff is always so nice and accommodating. It’s close to the beach and great restaurants. Perfect location. Great stay. Comfortable suites but only 1 vehicle allowed per room regardless of number of bedrooms.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite because our daughter and son-in-law were joining us for the week. The room was well equipped and very comfortable but we had issues with the parking. It seems that only 1 car is allowed per room, even for the 2 bedroom suites. We live in different states and were arriving in Maine in opposite directions. One of our cars had to park in the Hanaford parking lot from 4 in the afternoon until 10pm and then it could be moved to the parking lot for Veranos afterward. It turns out to be more of an issue than one would think because we always seemed to be moving cars around. I spent some time looking at their website, and if this is mentioned, it must be pretty well hidden because I couldn't find anything. Will not stay here again if we are treating our daughter and her husband to a week in Maine. We booked a 2 bedroom suite because our daughter and son-in-law were joining us for the week. Good sized units

First time here and was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room which was well stocked with kitchen items (cutlery, pots, pans, dishware). They do provide dish detergent and our unit had coffee filters along with salt and pepper. We should have brought paper towels but for 2 nights we did ok without. Our unit had 2 twin beds in the one bedroom (no TV in bedroom) and they were too soft for us. We slept on the much firmer pull out sofa on night 2. Also no shampoo/conditioner but we bring our own anyways. There was plenty of bar soap. If you are on a bottom unit you can hear people upstairs stomping around. Love the fact that they don't allow dogs and they have a good NO smoking policy. Great Place!

A beautiful condo hotel less than a mile from the beach was perfect for our family of four, including our twelve and sixteen year old. Misty Harbor was spotless and spacious, with an added plus of being adjacent to a marsh and a beautiful view. We shopped at the grocery store across the street for basics on our first night and ate dinner at the adjoining popular Verano's Restaurant, in which the food was delicious. The upstairs loft had a large queen-sized bedroom and bathroom with tub shower and an additional queen-sized bedroom downstairs next to another tub/shower bathroom and fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, cookware, etc. The kitchen included a full sized fridge and dishwasher. There was plenty of room to chill on the sleep-out sofa and comfortable living room chairs. Despite not being directly on the beach, I was extremely impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Great location and very nice resort!

We spent a week at the resort on an RCI and have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. Although the interior of the unit was a little dated, everything was clean, functional, and impeccably maintained. The appliances in the unit were in good condition and one of the two bathroom was updated with granite countertops. Not sure if the resort has any planned activities, but the resort has an indoor pool, playground area, and outside decks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were in a two-bedroom unit, all of which are two story units located on the second floor, with no elevators. We knew this before booking, but its still a lot of stairs. No elevator on premises. The only issue is was on move in and move out days, but we tend to travel with too much stuff. Overall, great stay.
