Great Location, Poorly Maintained

Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our unit's maintenance had been neglected for years. Carpet was disgusting. It was clean, but dumpy. The location is marvelous. Right on the beach. Pool is warm and clean. Parking was difficult. Not enough spaces for the guests. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our unit's maintenance had been neglected for years. Carpet was disgusting. Filthy and outdated

The good:location, beach, pool, hot tub are all a 10 plus! The bad: if you are not in a renovated room be prepared to cover all surfaces with a sheet before you sit! Carpet is stained and disgusting! Sofa is stained and sagging to the floor. Bathroom tub is chipping and not caulked and gross. The hallways and lobby/stair areas are from the 1960s. Recently Renovated Right on the Beach

This is a nice hotel right on the beach. The staff is great. The balcony room views had beautiful beach and sunset views. If you are traveling to enjoy the beach in a hotel near restaurants without 5 star amenities-this hotel is a great chouce This is a nice hotel right on the beach. The staff is great. Awful

Horrible Moldy Filthy Dangerous Unsafe Unsanitary I would NOT stay there..the entire building needs to be gone over by the building, electrical and fire inspectors of the city. The pool and the beach are the only things it has going for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Still has some work to do

We’re getting there but GSW still has some work to do before we could have stayed in our room. No water pressure in the shower, room needed a “post construction clean” although the upgrades are great my family got sick from the materials/chemicals used and had to change rooms halfway through our trip. Not relaxing being sick on the beach. We’re getting there but GSW still has some work to do before we could have stayed in our room.
