Clean & Pleasant Stay

This is our second time staying at this resort and both times I can report the rooms were very clean. Our conversations with the front desk and with maintenance are always very pleasant. It's in a great location, close to everything. Though not right on the beach, it's only a short two-block walk and still on Ocean Blvd, which gives some balcony entertainment. If you're staying on floors 3 and up you can still see the ocean. It's low-key, but serves all your needs. We enjoyed our stays here very much! Poor Timeshare choice, Should be removed from RCI list of available units. Poor quality staff and building,

Overall this resort was a disappointment. The bed hurt my back. Hard to sleep well. Only commendable comment it was easy walk to beach. Poorly equipped kitchen. Did not even have a blender. Had to request bath soap. Hard to use TV system with no instructions. No WIFI in room. No printed instructions in room, Staff appeared to think they were doing us a favor when asked questions No staff after hours Overall this resort was a disappointment. The bed hurt my back. Not bad but needs touching up

We booked for a week. We were on the 8th floor. Room wasn't bad, just needs some ceiling repair and paint touch up. Only 1 tv. WiFi did not work at all. I guess the higher up you are it won't work. Plenty of parking spaces. Did notice a sign that says no motorcycles or trailers. Which we seen at a few resorts. It was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Unsafe environment and old facility.

Not a resort I am use to staying in. My guests were very disappointed and so was I. Everything was old and couch bed was not sleep able. Toilets did not function well and there was inadequate maintenance. Not a resort I am use to staying in. My guests were very disappointed and so was I. Would not recommend that you stay here. Edwina was wonderful, but she was only there check in day and day of departure. Office closed Sunday, Monday, (Columbus Day), Tuesday, Thursday (due to possibility of bad weather). Office staff offered no guidance on weather safety, and my training as health care safety officer was the only resource I had. Had to wonder what others would do?
