Во время трехнедельного путешествия по 4 штатам США и среди посещенных 17 отелей этот оставил самые приятные воспоминания :) Палм Спрингс - настоящий оазис и кусочек рая посреди пустыни. Очень приятно провели время в отеле. Безусловно, у него есть свои недостатки, но для компании друзей удобнее не бывает - большие отдельные домики с несколькими спальнями, кухня, бассейн, классный вид на горы, хорошее расположение. Old with limited amenities

We stayed here in August 2021 and were shocked this was rated a Silver Star on RCI. The place is old, the furnishings are old and the villa had a stale odor to it. When you the slider or walk to the villa you will see cigarette butts all over. The pool is very small with a small front office in front that is not open 24/7 so if you need anything after a certain time or something does not work in the villa forget getting any help. Advertised a gym which is literally down the street roughly a mile and this is not a well lit area so we did not feel like going to check it out. There is a small laundry room and you better have change because it is not free like at many resorts we stay at. Also we were overcharged I have since learned by RCI for the fees (spoke to my main resort ownership) and the place charged us a $35 dollar cleaning fee since we did not book for 7 days. Would not recommend. I would say if this is listed as a Silver Star resort on RCI I wonder how the places are they list with no star ranking. Disappointed. Old

Staff out performs the old and out dated building. We did not use any of the amenities since this was a golfing and sight seeing trip for myself and my spouse. We would not stay at the Desert Vacation Villas again. Staff out performs the old and out dated building. Another great RCI Exchange!

This property is small - relatively speaking, and that is a nice thing. A cozy group of two story units, we had unit #102, upstairs. Easy parking. Close to the pool and laundry room. Nice apartment, three balconies for the two bedrooms. Great mountain views. This property is small - relatively speaking, and that is a nice thing. Needs renovation

This place is very old & needs an update...The grounds need new landscaping. If you are a light sleeper, the airport is near & planes take off at 6 AM....ear plugs did not help. The staff were friendly. This place is very old & needs an update...The grounds need new landscaping. Our room was absolutely filthy.

The carpet and furniture were disgusting, absolutely filthy. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The office closes at 5:00. If you come in later than that you have to walk around the building only to call a number on your phone and no one answered. Left message. Had to stand in the dark waiting for some to call us back. So inconvenient! The office crew were not friendly at all. No one checks the ph balance in the pool. One day it was so green you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. I went to the office to report it. She said she would call the pool guy but he probably won’t come till the next day. No one could use the pool that day.
