45th Wedding anniversary getaway

Contactless checkin was very easy. An envelope with key and pertinent information with our name and room number was in the lockbox with combination to the lock being sent by email a few days prior to arrival. The unit was very clean with all the amenities one would need. The units were older but very well kept up. We were going to hike a few trails and this was a great base for that. Since it was our anniversary we decided to take the hot air balloon ride as our present to each other. The Grand Balloon Adventure was 5 minutes away from the resort and well worth the money! After hiking we took a soak in the private hot tub that was in each room. That got rid of the stiff muscles after hiking! Rocky Mountain National park was a 1 hour drive away with fantastic views and lots of hiking trails. We brought our inflatable kayak and paddled on Grand Lake which was beautiful. Winter park ski hill is also about 10 minutes away for winter visitors. The bed in the master bedroom had a sleep number queen mattress that could be adjusted to your preference. I would recommend Indian Peaks Resort in a heartbeat. Contactless checkin was very easy. Dirty bathroom but overall a good resort

This is less a resort and more a few small bldgs with several units. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. It was relatively close to Rocky Mtn Natl Park, skiing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, etc...It would have been nice to have at least a starter pack for coffee for the first morning and salt and pepper. The laundry is free with soap available, pac man, foosball, air hockey (all free), games, and such in the rec room. Nice deck, fireplace, and kitchen with lots of ability to cook. Downside: upon arrival, master bath had urine on the floor and soap remnants in the shower...clearly it had not been cleaned and made me wonder what else had not been cleaned/washed. Good location and friendly staff

This timeshare is a smaller complex in a walkable neighborhood with many closeby trails and Lake Grandby paddling nearby. The west side of Rocky Mt Park is easily accessed but needs a few years to come back from the fires. Good location for RMNP

Very windy road to reach but not scary or difficult. Resort needs renovation but works well if expectations aren’t super high. We went first week in May and found a lot of locations closed for mud season and not opening till Memorial Day. Very windy road to reach but not scary or difficult. Great location

Th unit was spacious and well stocked. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The hot tub in the unit was a real perk. The unit is located in a prime location near great hiking and the Rocky National Park. Th unit was spacious and well stocked. The furniture was clean and comfortable.
