Needs some TLC

The overall condition of the condominium was worm and in need of TLC. The carpet exposed carpet strips and a door was removed from the washing machine & dryer, making it too noisy to watch TV and do a load of laundry. There were cobwebs in every corner and in the windows and on the lamps. Everything showed a lot of wear and tear. Time for some TLC and updates. Very good view from our unit which was Masters Place. Very good location and unit was spacious but the furniture needs to be changed. worn out sofa and chairs. That is the reason for 4 stars .Very comfortable units. Very good view from our unit which was Masters Place. Not clean...

Wyndham Pagosa- September 18-25, 2021 I don’t typically give negative feedback or give reviews, but this one felt warranted. We checked in at night, proceeded to our assigned unit. Hauled a weeks’ worth of items up the stairs to our unit (7026 Eagles Nest), then proceeded to put our belongings away. As I started putting toiletries away in the master bathroom, I was shocked to find hair and dirt inside the bathroom drawers. I began to clean, only to find the dirt was not just surface level but layers of dust and grime. I then found human pubic hair on the bathroom floor. We could no longer stay in the unit at that point. When we complained to the front desk, the Wyndham Manager assigned us to a different unit (7005 Eagles Nest) and started putting our belongings away. Once again, we found this unit had not been cleaned either. We decided to just stay in the unit at that point. Our impression was, even if we asked for another unit, we would experience the same uncleanliness. With the extra precautions needed to ensure a safe clean environment to meet COVID-19 cleaning standards was obviously not done at this resort. Love this Place

I have been here a few times and am never disappointed. It is very well run, very clean, up to date and well maintained. There are lots of things to do in the area, and it is very relaxing as well. It is a long drive from Denver, but we enjoy the trip. I have been here a few times and am never disappointed. It is very well run, very clean, up to date and well maintained. Fall color trip

This property was great and I would stay here again. Disappointed that after we booked they decided to close pool and hot tub for repairs. We were counting on using these amenities and almost cancelled but went anyway. We enjoyed our stay and went to the hot springs in town a couple days instead.
