CONVENIENT POSITION WITH DIRECT BEACH ACCESS

We believe that Emerald Seas has been improved recently by new management, the outside spaces and furniture are good and mostly well maintained. However, our studio unit was dark and dreary and generally needed complete refurbishment in our opinion. More is required than painting and there was a mishmash of not very nice furniture and broken furnishings which didn't help. Compared with what we are used to at other resorts, the kitchen only had the very bare essentials and we didn't, therefore, feel that there were enough utensils, etc to make using the dishwasher possible. We were greeted with an inventory to check with threats of ridiculour amounts to pay if anything was misplaced or broken (including the Guest Book $25!!!) The utensils were mainly cheap and flimsy and we bought some of our own wooden spoons. The can opener was so cheap we had to ask the staff for assistance to open a couple of cans, which she did with a knife (the sharp knives were fine!). It was a shame we had no proper oven as the kitchen area was bigger that most - I had to scour the small grill/oven appliance tray as it was dirty/greasy. The rusty fridge/freezer was a good size but the door fittings were missing, presumably broken and not replaced, so nothing to contain things in those areas.Wouldn't return to this particulary resort unless some serious refurbishment was done. Go there!

Nice place, 2 pools, direct at the ocean. Within walking distance to very good restaurants and bars, JBs, Wyndham Patio, Flanigans, Rattle Snake Jacks and more. Deerfield Pier a perfect fishing place. Nice place, 2 pools, direct at the ocean. Very nice staff but need upgrades

The entire staff was awesome and very friendly. I could not ask to be around another set of people because everyone from the maintenance members to property staff was a bundle of sunshine. However since i have been at numerous hotels and resorts, i have to be honest. This property i imagine was built in the 1960s and it is great for an elderly couple who is looking for the simple basics. When i arrived into my unit, i found an itenary which basically stated if you touch anything from the paper cup to misplace a towel there is a fee associated. I am being honest. For example it said $5 paper cups, $3 each wash cloth, $8 towel, $5 rug, $6 forks, etc. Ontop of those fun facts, the unit furniture was old, the vertical blinds fell everytime you open the door, and the sofa couch i am sure was Richard Nixon old couch. This hotel unfortunately was a poor decision on my part but what was nice is that its on the beach. **However if you are the type that just want to claim they have a mercedes and the fact that its old, worn and used but still a mercedes, this is for you. Most people want an ocean view but also a descent hotel or resort. This place was like living in a Motel 6 but on the beach. The entire staff was awesome and very friendly. Relaxing beach getaway

Location was wonderful! Close to many restaurants. Resort is right on the beach. It’s a small resort with two swimming pools. It was perfect for our family. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are no elevators on the premises. Location was wonderful! Close to many restaurants. Resort is right on the beach. It’s a small resort with two swimming pools. It was perfect for our family. Excellent timeshare rentals on Deerfield Beach

Emerald Seas is a timeshare resort directly on the ocean in Deerfield Beach. All units are fully furnished. The resort has 2 pools, shuffleboard, tiki hut, BBQ, and is very close to excellent restaurants, shopping and souvenir shops. The units are simple but recently renovated, and perfect for families or couples. Beats much higher hotel prices with no conveniences.
