October 2021 vist

We stayed at Cape Winds this past week (October 2021) and we were very satisfied with the resort. The staff was very friendly, and the indoor pool was nice and warm! This location isn't too far from Main Street where there is a lot of nice little shops. October is a little past busy season, so there were a couple of places closed. Overall the resort was nice. The insides were all nice and clean, and the beds were also pretty comfy. The only issue we had was that we noticed some loose floorboards beneath the carpet, the unit needed some light maintenance. The resort had everything we needed & wanted, could not imagine wanting anything more

Location lent itself to exploring the cape, with the best local restaurants so nearby. Helpful to find a market next door, and with many attractions to visit close by, did not need to venture out too far for anything. The staff was especially accommodating & helpful, informative and responded timely to any concerns. Beds were very comfortable, Looking forward to next opportunity to visit with them again! Wonderful Location

This resort is wonderfully located and sufficient if you plan on making day trips to the area. it's just a place to sleep. It is dated, but quaint. The staff is very nice and helpful. It just needs upgrades. The air conditioners are ancient and very loud. The towels paper goods and pots and pans need upgrading. Everything worked and we enjoyed our vacation. There just are just two RCI timeshares in Hyannis so if you just want a place from which to call your base for Cape Cod exploration, it is great. Great Stay.

The neighborhood is lovely. Restaurants and shopping areas are nearby. Ferry to Nantucket is only 10 minutes drive and to Martha's Vineyard is only 30 minutes drive. If you are looking for a quiet getaway then this is the resort to be. The staffs are so wonderful. The neighborhood is lovely. Restaurants and shopping areas are nearby. Wonderful place.

We visited Hyannis and stayed at this resort, we stayed in a queen suite, we loved it,we had a living room ,with a dining area, a restroom, a kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator ,microwave, stove with oven, dishes ,pots ,pans and utensils, we had a large bedroom with large closet and a full bathroom, so 2 bathrooms in all ,we had a small porch with table and chairs. The rooms were nicely furnished, grounds were well kept, we weren't able to use swimming pools or hit hot tub due to the covid, but we were able to barbecue and walk around the beautiful gardens, near to beaches,mall,supermarkets and restaurants.i would definitely recommend and return.
