This resort should not be allowed to book visitors. It is a dump.

My wife and I booked this resort almost a year ago based on the information shown on this site. We arrived hoping to have an enjoyable week of vacation in Branson. When we arrived at the address, we thought it was a mistake. There was a lady standing outside the office smoking so I went to ask her directions to Table Rock Resort. The lady said I was there. Shocked I told her that we had reservations a resort that looked much different on the website. She said that our unit was down closer to the lake. We finished registering and got our assigned unit keys and went to our unit. We noticed that there were only about 7 vehicles parked in the parking lots of over 100 units. I can see why. When we entered our unit the musty, moldy smell was overwhelming. Since it was dark by then and the Office closed at 5 pm, we unloaded and decided to go up to the restaurant to have a bite to eat. We went into the restaurant and immediately walked back out. We ended up going to the grocery store and buying some items to eat. The next day, after checking out the unit, we noted that one of the bathrooms had a stool that was so wobbly we were afraid to sit on it. Also, when using the sink, the water backed up and wouldnt drain. In the other bathroom, the chain to the flusher was broken and you had to take the lid off to flush the toilet. The rooms could all use a tho the thorough cleaning and there was dust everywhere. The lamp shade over table hadnt been dusted in ages. There is no WIFI available in the units, You have to go to the office building if you want WIFI. When looking around, the resort, it was noted that the entire resort was in dire need of a complete remodel. The website shows a mini golf course. It is there but looks in such bad shape that I dont think it has been used for several years at least. The restaurant is closed Sun Mon Tue and open 3-10 the rest of the week. Needless to say, we ended up checking out. We ended up going to Branson and booking the rest of our stay at the Dutton Inn. We lost out on our booking at the resort, but we could not bear the thought of spending a week in such a terrible place. Thanksgiving vacation

Table Rock Resort at Kimberling was a comfortable resort. There were 17 family members in 3 condos and we were comfortable. Stores such as Walmart and a small strip mall was nearby. Although it was a little distance from the interstate we travelled to get there. Table Rock Resort at Kimberling was a comfortable resort. Dated and no wifi

When we booked the property we were under the impression that WIFI would be available in the units. Unfortunately upon arrival we were told this was not the case and that we would have to go to the lobby/ game room to access the WIFI. Being a person that works online this was highly inconvenient and stressful. The unit that we got did not match any of the images on the website with the unit being much more dated. Updates would help immensely since it is a good locaion

We had a timeshare trade to this resort in the off season and were disappointed in how worn out the condos are and also the property in general. $80 resort fee in the off season is out of line. They do have an indoor pool and clubhouse but they are not in good condition. Also no Wi - Fi in the condos. (only at clubhouse) Some units are right on the lake with a nice view and we were surprised that they were keeping all the guests in the upper tier. Once again the off season and very few guests. Master bath had two major problems which we did report The faucet to the bath tub would not shut off at all and the toilet also had a leak and would refill several times an hour (very loudly especially when trying to sleep) Water is very "hard" and not drinkable. We don't typically buy bottle water but had to. A water softening system is needed. Would also save on the various plumbing problems! Bathroom sink was stained from the hard water. Condos are only 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 30 minutes to downtown Branson. Check in and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Kind staff. BBQ restaurant on site. Resort has indoor plus outdoor pool, gym, sauna, minigolf and boat ramp. Clean. Tennis court and parking lot ran down. Big unit. Ideal location for Shepherds of the Hill activities and Silver Dollar City. If planning to do things in Branson, plan for the day due to 35 minute drive. Kind staff. BBQ restaurant on site.
