Nice hotel

Great place, needs more parking spaces, and door glasses are really hard to open. But after all we enjoy our stay. Thanks for the bottle water. Bad Customer service

Customer service ( Roxana Puente) gave me a hard time with my reservation, even though I had a confirmation number and pin number, I had to get Bookit.com involved, Roxana kept telling me that bookit.com overbooks the hotel and that she had to deal with customers, to never book with bookit.com and to call directly to the hotel to make my reservation, which I had call the hotel before reserving through bookit and they had me waiting for over an hour and a half and I had no response. Nice Comfortable Hotel...Food Not Up To Scratch

Very comfortable hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast buffet not as good as usual, there was no bread to make toast until 50 minutes after the buffet (06.50)I ordered from the room service menu, the Turkey Ham Baguette was very poor, I had to remove the "Turkey Ham" ( or whatever it was) and it was still not too edible. Still, a nice place to stay but be warned there are few eating options because of the lack of restaurants anywhere close by. (The Fiesta Inn has one but its barely average at best with quite poor service and quite expensive)Still the rooms are nice and comfortable, nice bathrooms and very helpful staff. Good nights sleep

It was my first visit to a City Express and I was pleased with the breakfast which was semi buffet. Somehow I got lucky and got the top floor and could barely hear the road and no slamming doors. Nice fast hot water and soft bed. No English TV but good internet. Staff had a good knowledge of English as my Spanish is very weak. Mall about a km away. Happy with the price. Not Good

Nice room size. Easy access with the car & lot of parking space. Room was clean, bathroom ok. Thin walls, streetside was loud + music and movies from other rooms. Breakfast was bad (at 10, maybe earlier is better?). Good price. Nice room size. Easy access with the car & lot of parking space. Room was clean, bathroom ok.
