Excellent Stay

Have stayed here several times and really enjoy the convenience of the location, the amenities of the golf course and fitness center. The condo is comfortable and has everything we need and especially appreciate the washer/dryer in the unit. The office manager is always super friendly and helpful. Want the resort life vacation?

1st off the reviews are not the best for this resort, somewhat deserved and somewhat not. Yes it is older and some living room furniture needs replacing and tiles replaced here and there, it shows it's 1980's-ish age. However if you don't expect perfection the place is great. The condo's are big and very spacious, great park like setting with some view of the lake, kitchen well stocked & excellent, very quiet and secure area, you are in a big time Houston area resort and very convenient location. The staff is great, helpful and very friendly. You are in a resort and get to enjoy tennis, swimming pools, fitness areas, Lake Conroe access, restaurants and golf. This is a golfers paradise 27 holes and free golf, you just pay the cart fee of $22 pp. So if you don't expect a brand new condo and can live with a big spacious one with a few blemishes, like a great secure location and want to enjoy all the resort has to offer - this is a great place. 1st off the reviews are not the best for this resort, somewhat deserved and somewhat not. Very Nice Location and Convenient to Everything

Check in was very quick. The unit was on the top floor and even though we had no view of the lake, it was still nice and clean. Everything worked. Lots of kitchen items, so we didn't have to buy anything to make cooking easier. No ice maker in the fridge, but they do give you three ice cube trays. They were full and ready to use when we got there. After the first night, the downstairs neighbors left, so the rest of our week was very quiet. Very Outdated

While the facilities on the property are nice, the unit we stayed in was not. It is extremely outdated and showed no signs of proper sanitation for COVID. The furniture looked to be at least 30 years old and was very badly worn. The lake and the golf course are great, but you won't want to spend much time in the condo. It was definitely not worth the number of points we had to use to stay there. While the facilities on the property are nice, the unit we stayed in was not. Great vacation stay

Units were spacious and plenty of good amenities. Big pool and excellent tennis center with indoor and outdoor courts. Peaceful community setting and reasonable close to attractions in Houston. Lots of nice attractions nearby. Great stay!!! Units were spacious and plenty of good amenities. Big pool and excellent tennis center with indoor and outdoor courts.
