Good location poor service and cleaning

I loved the view and the location. It was right on the beach. But there was no receptionist, the office was closed. The only means of contact was by voice messages which were not addressed immediately. The floor of the bathroom was sticky and we had to clean the bathroom sink and tub before using it. Both were dirty. The living room floor needed a good vacuum. I wore slipper through my stay! I loved the view and the location. It was right on the beach. Vacation RUINED

Would give this place zero stars if I could. From start to finish, it was an absolutely terrible experience and we were there a maximum of 3 hours. We arrived later around 530 PM after traveling For 9 hours because we were told by staff/website that units would be cleaned after 5 so arrive after that to accommodate for cleaning time. We get the keys to the condo and realize it isn’t the right condo after going up to it. It is filthy, toilets covered in pee and pubic hair, kitchen filled with old coffee grinds, fridge filled with old food, no clean linens, no beds made and bagged sheets on the bed that were in crumpled balls. We have stayed here before and rent the timeshare from a friend and this was awful in comparison to last trip. After realizing the unit is wrong, I call my friend and get the correct unit number. I go back down and exchange the keys for the correct unit. We go back up and the unit that my friend owns is completely ripped up with industrial fans and cleaning supplies everywhere. The carpet is soaking wet and it isn’t livable. I let my friend know and they inform me that they were never told about damage to the unit they own. Fast forward to more time in this horrible experience, I go back down again and get the keys for the original unit they had tried to place us in. I let them know it isn’t clean and that we need it cleaned. The security guard who is also the check in staff informs me that they have no housekeeper and haven’t had one so units aren’t cleaned and to go to the second floor and write on a DRY ERASE BOARD what I need so that they can maybe take care of it. Absolutely disgusting. This place is a joke. They expect people to travel many hours, clean their own units, wash their own sheets and make their own beds. Throughout the many times of speaking to the security guard, I spoke to other tenants who were experiencing the same issues and who were very upset. We checked out and returned home so spent an entire day traveling for no reason and our vacation was completely ruined by the negligent and poor management of this condo place. Never again will we stay here. So unprofessional and completely disgusting. Not to mention, it’s a pandemic and they’re allowing people to enter completely dirty rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible Experience Here

We arrived after 5 pm and requested a clean unit. The unit we had arranged with the time share owner was not available due to water damage. We were not given any notification of this. When we arrived we were given an alternate room. This room was not clean, the bathrooms were extremely dirty, the kitchen was full of old food, the floor was not swept and no linens were available. When asked if this would be fixed we were informed to write our room number on a dry erase board. As more guests arrived they discovered that their rooms were also not cleaned. Many people traveled long distances and found that they had no restroom or bed at their destination. We will never stay at this place again. There was no manager of customer service to call. Very Bad Experience Here

First during check-in there is a $600 room deposit placed on RCI customer, They said because we are with RCI is the reason why our deposit was so high. Second we get to the room and it was not clean. The bathrooms where used, the whole place smelt like something had burnt in there, which we found that in the oven. there was finger prints on every reflective surface in the room. When we talk to the people They stated that they where full and that we could get another room, however the parking lot was pretty empty and we saw hardly anyone in the building. They sent someone up to do a partial cleaning of the room. They at least got the gummy candy off the floor by the non-working Room Phone. The sheets in the room all had stains on them, House keeping came and change the top blankets, however we had to wash the sheets. The mirrors look like someone sneezed on it and there was little bugs. To TOP it all off the front desk gave a printout of our information to another customer who then proceeded to call me and let me know that they gave it to him. I do believe that is illegal and I will be contacting my lawyer about that. because I do not know how much of my information was provided, however he was able to call me. average timeshare place

checkin is very bad. checin person said he needed a room number and we had to call rci for a room number. checkin person was also the security guard. the personal changed daily but they all were very quiet especially when sleeping on the job. luckily we did not need secuity or maintenence. no indoor pool and no fitness area and no restaurant or vending machines. views were good and place was roomy and quiet. tvs worked well, nice kitchen and beds. checkin is very bad. checin person said he needed a room number and we had to call rci for a room number. checkin person was also the security guard. the personal changed daily but they all were very quiet especially when sleeping on the job. luckily we did not need secuity or maintenence. no indoor pool and no fitness area and no restaurant or vending machines. views were good and place was roomy and quiet. tvs worked well, nice kitchen and beds.
