Worse hospitality when it comes to their kitchen

We are currently staying at the property and just got done with 3 nights stay at the Madikeri property. If anyone is planning to visit with kids and have specific food requirements, kindly do not visit. They take an hr to make non spicy food and after that also they send food with chillies. They do no hesitate to charge a bomb but forget that the main requirement with food is taste and customer preference. All the 3 days our kids have had their food late and that too none of the times they have gotten the food right. At Madikeri, only when we complained to the manager Susobhan that we got the right order on time. At Virajpet,it's our first night and again the same ordeal we are facing. Ghee rotis have no ghee.. Makes us regret choosing these 2 resorts for celebrating our daughter's birthday. The resort facilities are great but I think the kitchen staff doesn't believe in fulfilling the customer's needs !! My/our experience at BUFFET.

As usual this time also I choosen buffet for food. This time I met mr Chandra the chief shep. He is really amazing and I observed he is replacing all the counters in the absence of anyone and he attended the work by ignoring his designation. I find these kind of personality to be required attention and notice of your esteemed company. My family members too rejoiced by eating mouth glittering food. These words are typed by a leading advocate who practised for more than 25 years. I noticed the shortage of staff, it’s may be due to covid-19 pandemic. But th said shortage occupies reverse seat before th hospitality of mr Chandra the chief shep. Th other staff in th buffet are also good….. Good resort for a relaxing stay. Food is a bit pricy

This is a nice resort, very spacious and surrounded by green vegitation. The rooms are clean and spacious, although they do. It offer any special view. The staff is very courteous. The resort offers a lot of activities, although many of these are paid activities. The food quality is good, however it's exorbitantly priced. A sandwich alone will cost you Rs.500 + Tax. A veg curry will be between Rs. 600-700 with tax. This is a nice resort, very spacious and surrounded by green vegitation. The rooms are clean and spacious, although they do.
