Absolutely beautiful and the best customer service!

We are very pleased with our stay here for the second time. Upon checking in Mileak was extremely helpful , knowledgeable about the hotel , and just a very pleasant person. He has excellent customer service! The private island is a huge plus. One of the reasons we choose to stay here is because they are pet friendly, but the accommodations are another reason we stay as well. We will be back next year! Awesome

Absolutely wonderful staff and amazing Manager! Was attending a conference that the Resort so kindly helped host & I was roomed with underage girls that decided to get drunk the night before an early wake up. Thank you for handling the situation so well late in the evening and helping me move to my older sisters room she was bunked in. Absolutely wonderful staff and amazing Manager! Wedding!!

We attended a wedding for a friend’s daughter and it was beautiful as always. This is the place to be for a wedding , fantastic food & staff was attentive. So glad to see Jennifer was still there bartending the wedding. She has a way with the guest. They all loved her she remembered what they were drinking and kept conversation alive while she worked. She makes the best Old Fashions ever! Going to have to visit her on Tides for Sunday breakfast soon. Sanity restoration trip

The room was comfortable and quiet. Lighting in the bathroom was too dark and the toilet was way too short for old people (over 70). The elevator was a little smelly because of an earlier spill. The grounds were beautiful. The restaurant had great food for a good price. We enjoyed a late lunch at an outdoor restaurant. The food was good and the bloody Mary was excellent. Thank you Myra for your attitude and energy. It was a pleasure meeting you. The room was comfortable and quiet. Great service!

Flip Flops bar was great! Myra had extraordinary service! Quick to take orders and always ready to get another drink. Kitchen also made food very quick and at a very high quality.
