Трижды заплатить за номер

Сам отель достаточно хорош, оборудован для людей с ограниченными возможностями - много поручней в ванной комнате(есть на фото), обозначение номеров комнат для слабовидящих. Из приятностей- бассейн во внутреннем дворе. Из того, что оставило осадок.Жили с коллегой- просили разбить счет на двоих. При этом сначала полную сумму списали с меня- на второй день проживания. По выезде объяснила, что нужно разбить счет- нюанс, что я жила меньше по времени. С меня списали еще одну сумму. Я понимаю, еслиб они просто поделили пополам, но нет- логика была другой. И с третьей попытки сумма была верной! Важно! Все три суммы были списаны!! Возврат первых двух будет по условиям банка,т.е.не известно в течение какого времени.. в общем-персоналу однозначно минус! Very good stay!

We were staying for four days, three nights and everything was perfect. Beautiful property! Our only issue was that the restaurant was closed, which I’m sure was due to Covid. The mattress could have been better, but overall, a good experience. We were staying for four days, three nights and everything was perfect. Beautiful property! Great property

The property was so tidy and safe. I like that the elevator require key to go to each floor level. Even to park car in the garage it requires a key card. They made sure to text to see if I was okay and if I needed anything The property was so tidy and safe. I like that the elevator require key to go to each floor level. Beautiful!

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed sitting outside on the comfortable couches next to the heaters. The string lights were beautiful in the evening. Thank you for the balloons and card you gave my daughter for her sweet 16th! We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed sitting outside on the comfortable couches next to the heaters. We were pleased with our stay at this property. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. We had a minor problem with the refrigerator in our room and it was fixed within 10 minutes! Whatever we needed was promptly taken care of. It made our family get away very enjoyable. We were pleased with our stay at this property. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Stunning resort!

We had a wonderful time here, our suite was stunning and the staff was very nice and helpful! 10/10 would recommend :) Elevators are very loud though so just a note if you’re a light sleeper request a room away from them.
