Furniture outdated.

Master bedroom bed mattress bent in the middle not comfortable at all. T.V’s outdated. Pots and pans outdated broken. Refrigerator outdated. Club Cala Puerto Rico

Nice resort,very large unit,quiet beach (not crowded),perfect water temperature. Third time on the Island and we like it very much. There are many things to do in Puerto Rico and there are very beautiful beaches in the area. Nice resort,very large unit,quiet beach (not crowded),perfect water temperature. Poor Management

The resort overall is nice. But lots of issues. Old food was in our fridge when we arrived. The power went out twice during our stay, including for 8 hours on day 6. Only the main building had backup power. When this happened, no one from the main office told us what was going on, why it was happening, or how long it would last. Our food went bad and when we went to the main building to figure out what was going on, we learned they had a generator only for that building, but not the rest of the residences. How do you run a resort without backup power for all units? Either the power goes out often enough to know how to manage it, or you aren't prepared to manage it at all. To make things worse, the backup power in the main building was being used for things like colored lights in the pool, but not for the comfort and security of all guests. Additionally, this resort is located in an enclave with several other resorts and amenities, yet we had no idea what other on location amenities and activities were available to us, as no one ever discussed with us what our options were. There were no signs, no pamphlets, nothing. We were unable to utilize the majority of things because we flatly never knew they even existed. It's also an hour drive from the airport. Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was somewhat dated but served its purpose. The staff was wonderful and accommodating traveling with my elderly mom. The store on site was perfect. Breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Restaurants were pricey but hey Covid. The location was ideal and central. Most definitely will return. We had a wonderful stay. Great vacation

Excellent vacation location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Nice pool and bar area. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Nice beach within walking distance.
