Beautiful room! Super nice staff, great stay!

The rooms were fun and beautiful, and everyone on the staff was super nice & knowledgable! The shuttle from the airport is not free, but that was the only unexpected item. The location is very central, and they were very friendly to my dog!! The rooms were fun and beautiful, and everyone on the staff was super nice & knowledgable! Christmas trip 2021

Hotel is in a good location No parking for checking in - no help in getting parked at check in. No real dining options - breakfast buffet was disappointing- dirty counters , items were not restocked Rooftop bar is a nice experience, but drinks are a little pricey Hotel is in a good location No parking for checking in - no help in getting parked at check in. Nice - but could be better

We stayed 3 nights at the Troubadour. While our room was very clean we had a few disappointments. First the mattress was super firm ( if that’s how you like it you will be fine) , but it was uncomfortable for us . Also was very disappointed at having no housekeeping. After the second night we could have used a tidy up of our room, empty garbage, freshen up towels sheets etc. we requested it we were told it was not available. We enjoyed the rooftop bar. but we’re disappointed at the lack of food offerings. I will say that the front desk attendants were very friendly. We stayed 3 nights at the Troubadour. Good stay

Upon arrival, staff was very friendly. Helpful with finding me as a Hilton Honors member, yet I haven’t received points from my stay. Rooms are nice and very clean, but can hear whatever’s going on next door and in the hallways. I would definitely stay at this property again if it were just me or my wife and I. We had our two kids with us and we felt a little crammed. Upon arrival, staff was very friendly. Helpful with finding me as a Hilton Honors member, yet I haven’t received points from my stay. Wedding Weekend
