Sooper Fun Place

This was a very fun place for me and my family to have a getaway. We went for just one night and one day and that was very fun. I enjoyed watching my family go down the water slides. One thing I would recommend to anyone who is going is that if you have the money you should get the pup pass for your kiddos. It is very fun to have all of the excitement going on in all the different parts of the lodge. This was a very fun place for me and my family to have a getaway. Better than expected

After reading some of the reviews we were a little apprehensive about having our family Christmas here. We just returned from spending the weekend there and don't understand what all the complaining is about. I know some people are never satisfied but come on. The only thing not operating was the lazy river. ALL of the staff were as friendly as anywhere we've stayed. The grandchildren ranging from 2-11 all loved it. We will do it again before the kids get too big. It isn't cheap, but what is that is family friendly? Will be back

I was looking for a place to stay for my grandkids with a pool. I came across this place on my searches. After reading the reviews about bugs and not clean, I was hesitant to book. I travel a lot and depend on reviews to make my choices. I’m use to five star hotels all over the world. I decided to take a chance flying in one night to spend time with them. I have to say I was impressed. This place in a kid casino. They had a blast. I know they love swimming as I have a pool at my home. We spent all day at the pool. The room was cute for us. Bugs in our dirty clothes after washing. Stained curtains. Fatigued property.

I’m not a review writer. This was our second stay at this property. Aside from the dated and fatigued building and textiles (blankets, spotted with ??? drapery, non latching slider doors) I arrived home to wash laundry and I was near throwing up at the bugs I found in our washed clothing and basin of my washer. Luggage is now outside. Never I’m not a review writer. This was our second stay at this property. Oh the carpet!!

Dear Great Wolf, Take the nasty carpet out of your guest rooms!! 354 a night and i have to sleep in a musty room!! I didn’t complain as the young ones were having fun. But, It is unsanitary!! On a positive note, what little amount of staff you do have… they are very courteous and accommodating!
