Превосходный персонал и отличный отдых

В первую очередь выражаю благодарность нашему консьержу Мартинесу. Его чувство такта, интеллигентность и уважение подарили нам с мужем ощущение заботы и внимание на все 14 дней нашего пребывания в отеле. Отдельно хочу отметить Альфонсо (официант). С первой минуты нашего знакомства в одном из ресторанов на территории отеля, стало понятно, что человек любит свою работу). Нам достаточно было прийти и спросить: "что самое вкусное?" и на столе появлялось сумасшедшее количество невероятно вкусной еды. Он знает все блюда, запоминает гостей и в следующий раз предлагает что-то новое. Какой-то сумасшедше приятный уровень заботы. Это первый отель в который правда хочется вернуться! Шикарный отель и чудесный персонал!

Мы сейчас находимся с мужем в этом отеле, долго выбирали отель, т.к в первый раз в Доминикане. Ни капельки не пожалели!!! Мбмногих странах и есть с чем сравнить) такого отзывчивого и дружелюбного персонала не встречали ! Наш консьерж Карлос всегда готов помочь, просто угадывает наши желания) девочка по имени Эстер из кафе просто душка, а Каролина , которая учит русский язык и не плохо говорит очень приятная и улыбчивая! Всему персоналу гостиницы огромное спасибо!!! Вы дали нам почувствовать себя в семье!!!! Чистота идеальная, еда изумительная, выбор огромен!!! Обязательно сюда вернёмся и всем советуем!!! Замечательный отель, любимой сети Sectrets

Спасибо за отличный отдых всему персоналу отеля, очень душевные и внимательные. Особенно нашему консьержу Luis. Ребята стараются, чтоб отдых вам запомнился, был разнообразным и интересным. У отеля один из лучших пляжей, чисты и ухоженный (водоросли убирают каждое утро, песок просеевают). Отличные коктейли и еда (особенно понравился французский ресторан и кофейня Coco cafe). Много активностей, уроки танцев, мастерклассы, живая музыка возле басейна и вечерами в лобби, каждый вечер шоу-программа. Спасибо за отличный отдых всему персоналу отеля, очень душевные и внимательные. Особенно нашему консьержу Luis. Ребята стараются, чтоб отдых вам запомнился, был разнообразным и интересным. Чудесный отдых

Мы были в этом прекрасном отеле 28 дней. Что могу сказать, отель Secrets Cap Cana просто супер отель. Обслуживание на высоком уровне, отличная кухня, приветливый персонал, готовый прийти на помощь в любой момент. Лучше отеля я еще не видела. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще. Мы были в этом прекрасном отеле 28 дней. Что могу сказать, отель Secrets Cap Cana просто супер отель. Второй раз не поехал бы

Доброго дня, провели с супругой в этом отеле 13 дней. В целом все не плохо, персонал, номерной фонд, рестораны, еда, вечерние развлечения. Главный минус перекрывающий все плюсы-на пляже не хватает лежаков в тени, всего 17 зонтиков!!!!! Североамериканские гости, как в старые времена бегут на пляж в 6-00 и занимают лежаки...)))) для них это нормально, для меня нет. Пытался донести это до менеджмента, все в курсе, но никто ничего не делает, спасибо нашему консьержу Леонардо, он хоть что то пытался с этим сделать, но увы проблема не решена. Лежаки у бассейна стоят на расстоянии 20 см, если остановиться там, то как будто лежишь в кровати с посторонними))) водоросли на пляже убирают около 7 утра, в 12 уже все как будто и не убирали, но это природа. Летал вдоль побережья Баварок, там показалось чище, возможно только показалось. В остальном, как сказал ранее претензий к отелю нет, внимательный и дружелюбный персонал, спасибо им всем за это. В третий раз в Доминикане и это был самый дорогой вариант, но не самый лучший, в Доминикану поеду ещё, в Secrets вряд ли из за указанной проблемы. Honeymoon

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon at Secrets Cap Cana. We had a great time! The place was beautiful, clean and felt very safe. We loved the coffee shop, Coco Cafe, and the ambiance and meals at all the restaurants were also very good. Our concierge, Eduar, was fantastic. Each morning he’d send us the list of activities for the day and ask us if there was anything he could do for us or help us with. Alba was great getting us food and drinks many days at the pool. We also got a deep tissue massage at the spa one day which was amazing! They had shows each night which were fun and well done. I deducted 1 star only because other than the shows at night, the entertainment was a bit lacking. They would play great music at the pool during the water aerobics, but then shut it off! It would’ve been great if they kept it on all day. At times it lacked that fun, vacation vibe as everyone would just stand around with their drinks but no music was playing and not much else was going on. Same thing for the night time. They’d have some music in the lobby, but the Desires night club was closed. Many nights after the shows were over there was really not much else to do. Luckily we made friends with a really fun group of people we hung out with, otherwise it may have gotten a bit boring at times. Other than that it was an awesome and relaxing week! Celebrating our Anniversary with a 2nd Honeymoon

We spent a week at Secrets Cap Cana and we had a wonderful time. Secrets is only about 20 minutes from the airport and we felt very safe there. They follow the Covid protocols and all staff members wear masks. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Our concierge was Sergio (preferred club have butlers) and he made our vacation there so enjoyable by handling all of our affairs. He set up a romantic dinner on the beach (Havana Night), scheduled a 25-minute couples massage at the spa which lasted 2 hours including the shower, sauna, hot whirlpool, ice plunge pool and hydrotherapy massage pool! He decorated our room with rose petals, champagne & sweet treats as we were celebrating a special anniversary! The pool area is amazing and very well laid out. The staff are so friendly and cater to all your needs. We especially liked Elizabeth, Doris, & Yoka with keeping us hydrated with water and cocktails. Ariel at the swim up bar was always so entertaining and ready to please us. Elizabeth up in the lobby at the resort vouchers desk was ALWAYS so glad to see us and she has such a bubbly personality! My husband thought the girls at Coco Cafe were fabulous as they always called him by name and had his coffee ready for him before he even got to the counter. There are many restaurants to pick from and you don't need reservations for any of them except at Himitsu if you want the hibachi dinner. The beach is beautiful and it has a beach barbeque every day for lunch and you can also get coconut drinks down there also. There is some seaweed that washes up on shore but they clean that up on a regular basis. There are activities going on throughout the day and entertainment in the evenings. We saw Blues Brother one night and a Pop Diva show another evening. After the shows are over there is entertainment up in the lobby also. Nice birthday trip

We spent five days here and had the loveliest time on the preferred side. Aníbal was wonderful and made my husband’s birthday special, along with the entire preferred beach bar staff, including Benito, Maria, Jaison, Manuela, Eric, Soyanyi, Vanessa, and Carlito. The best drinks and conversations! Our massages were also excellent, and we left feeling super relaxed. This was our second time here, and it somehow got even better. We will definitely return. We spent five days here and had the loveliest time on the preferred side. Great Resort and Staff

We had a two week stay and couldn't have been happier with the resort and staff. Food was good and there were enough choices that we didn't get bored even with 14 days of meals. I've never been interested in resort activities in the past but I did join several of them here and had good fun. Zumba on the beach, aqua spinning in the pool, painting, and making larimar jewelry on the beach. Super fun! We spent some time in the water with paddleboards, etc. Easy access, though having some instruction for windsurfing would be really helpful and was not available on any days. Still had fun trying on our own. It would be really great to have female staff at the watersports sometimes as well! The beach is nice and seaweed is minimal, not at all what I pictured from reading other guest reviews. The pool is also great, and was the first time I've spent any time in a resort pool because it was so big and well-designed with different areas to swim to. Unfortunate that the pools don't connect. Staff was great. Our concierge, Matiel, was so helpful I can't imagine a butler being any more helpful! We did not stay on the preferred side, but definitely did not miss it with the level of service we had from Matiel and others. Jenny in the spa was lovely and helpful, and Gustavo was an awesome server while using the cabanas on the beach. Housekeeping was stellar. My only resort request would be that larger bottles of water be available in rooms so that we are not going through so many small plastic water bottles every day, or filtered water would be fine, too. We tried filling up our own water bottles in the restaurants whenever possible. Staff seem hesitant to remind guests of covid guidelines, such as wearing masks while inside restaurants (especially the market cafe/buffet). It made us pretty nervous, especially as the new variant came out. Most guests are mindful of this, but a small but significant number are not. Even staff working outside on the beach doing seaweed clean up and paddleboarding, etc., are wearing masks, (which seems unnecessary in those roles) the least we can do as travelling guests is try to keep others safe as well. We will wait until the pandemic is further behind us to travel here again, or until vaccination or proof of a negative test before arrival is required. This was our first visit to a Secrets resort and will likely not be our last! Overall, a big recommendation for this resort and the staff there.
